Lucky the Switch 2 box can squeeze under the border fence pretty easily.
Just slip it through the crack in the wall and I'll throw back a sock with rolled up coins.

Since when is the sequel to the biggest selling Switch game not a killer app?
It looks like a modest upgrade and I doubt most people are putting down $500 to play it. It didn't excite me at all and I'm a big Mario Kart fan.

If you are a Mario Kart fan i fail to see why that trailer wouldn't float your boat. It looked fantastic.

Each to their own I guess.

That's great! I wasn't planning on buying one anyway...so this just makes it even less likely.

Stupid economic move though, but whatever. The markets are already tanking.

Just ignore him. The Nintendo haters/trolls are out in full force today. Apparently Switch 2 was the worst thing ever shown and has no games...🙄

Maybe its because it's legitimately underwhelming. I've been a lifelong Nintendo fan but for a good while theyve really shifted from what they use to be. I suspect its due to their senior leadership dying off and/or retiring. Seems like they're just running on fumes.

The actual show could have been(a lot) better and i was super cold on it at first but when you look at the launch window games on paper its really good. Metroid, MK World, Donkey Kong plus all the 3rd party stuff and enhanced Switch games i'd say its one of the strongest launch lineups ever. If the games all land as expected of course.

People just won't buy the console lmfao

Theres no killer apps on this thing and the games are $80.
Mario Kart?

You think Nintendo won't release a new 3D Mario soon?

Software will be there, before the first holiday.

Also, on this thread topic, nothing will happen with Switch 2's price due to tariffs and the pricing will stay the same. Those were already baked in with the software increase.

Make me eat crow in a year if I'm wrong. I'll allow it.

Xbox with gamepass looks nice now. xD

And we all know these tariffs won't be implemented overnight and even on existing goods. It would be the apocalypse for modern consumerism.

It's all a big bunch of bollocks.

Of these, only MK World is a launch title.

Oh it looked fun but not $80/$500 kind of fun. It just looks like Mario Kart 8 with some gameplay adjustments.

This is a strategy by Pres Trump to bring back jobs to USA and stop rampant outsourcing especially to China which causes allot of jobs loses in USA. Companies just needs to build factories in USA to get exemptions and tax cuts and incentives, and can still continue to invest in other Asian countries except China which will continue to be bombarded with tariff for there suppressive communist regime and unfair labor and trade practices.

No worries for us gamers, since I think Sony and Nintendo knows what to do since there are other Japanese companies already building big factories in USA, like for example Honda and Toyota

I'm curious to see prices worldwide, but i doubt U.S Tarifs will impact prices worldwide.

The strategy makes no sense. Tarifs only exist as a protective measure for national industries and history show they don't work at all (source: i live in country that taxes all imports).

"Have a badge?" What are you trying to say there?

And so not launch. Praising its launch lineup when it really only has MK World and ports is pretty funny.
Things that never happened number 10012.

This will hit globally but the first getting hurt are US consumers. So in the short time Will be hard times there.

The tariffs can be bypassed if you build in America. There's like 3.5 trillion in manufacturing investments since Trump took office. The strategy is working so far.

As for Vietnam, I read the other day that they dropped their tariffs against the US so the tariffs factor may not hit them. Seeing how the tariffs are reciprocal, and in some cases not even as high as what other countries have on the US, the doom speak seems like propaganda. Why is it good for other countries to do it, but not the USA? (Open ended question, not necessarily directed at you)
