Guys guys guys you've got it all wrong, the top 3 most important things are:
1. POWER
2. More powerful than PS4
3. As powerful as xbox Scorpio
TRUST ME this console will fail if it doesn't meet all these points, who cares about affordability or battery life or even if it's possible in a mobile form factor.

The racing market is sadly in a pretty rough state at the moment, so no matter which avenue you go down you're going to be in a pretty niche state unless you're already part of an established popular brand. The fact that WR is different may be a plus for it due to that.

Dude, this thing needs to be at least twice the power of Scorpio. It also needs a full day of battery life at max settings and every multi-platform game needs to come to the system.
This thing is DOA otherwise. /s

I've been planning for this for a while. If supply is tight or if demand is high (especially if Nintendo knocks it out of the park on Thursday night), preordering could be dicey.
Those question marks leave me wondering if this is going to be a "get there a few hours early" situation, or if it'll be a "you need to camp-out overnight" situation.

It's going to be really frustrating (and honestly expected) if GameStop only allows pre-orders to be made in-store.
Hopefully Amazon and Best Buy are doing pre-orders at the end of next week as well.

Zelda apparently is, but Mario... I think it'd be better to wait for official news on that.

I'm done with the virtual console after the Wii U. Online and OS isn't that important and I've been happy with what Nintendo has put out so far anyway.
Switch isn't going to be worth an hdmi slot for some time so I'll be using it around the house exclusively for the foreseeable future.
I'm assuming that it will be like any E3 press conference where every video game web site and their mother will be streaming it.

I meant that, I rather a new Pokemon Stadium like the ones from N64, than a Pokemon Sun / Moon with a few more Pokemons, similar to Pokemon Emerald / Platinum. A Stadium like game, appeal more to me .
And they may treat Sun / Moon like X/Y.
Bayou Billy is a Konami game though. And Konami can still be stingy when it comes to certain IPs of theirs.
It took us THIS long for this to come up???????
I'd like to know what the heck Konami has planned for the Switch if they don't make games anymore outside of Metal Gear and PES.

Probably just VC titles like Wii U.
Also Japan seems to get more of Konami's games, including Contra on MSX. Meanwhile Konami I don't think has released the original Contra for NES or MSX here in the states ever. Not even the recent NES Mini got it. They don't seem to care at all about the NES version of the game.

I always thought Nintendo should buy a few IP's off Konami on the cheap. Bayou Billy, bomberman, contra (if reasonable), turtles in time (if affordable), Vandal Hearts, and Snatcher.
I always assume Castlevania, zone of enders, suikoden, metal gear would be too expensive.

Pretty much this. Just make some awesome looking Alien worlds, full of exploration, great puzzles and boss fights, and interesting powerups.

I am in an unfortunate situation that I can only get a ride to town on the 13th each month so I hope thats right. I have $165 GS credit ready to go, and should have enough cash to pay it ($300+ tax) off completely so it'll be the most intense day.
Will preorder if I can at amazon as backup if it goes up on the 12th but going to gun for GS.

3d dot heroes was a good game. Just wasnt difficult enough. An old school Zelda game remade with this would be really popular. Imo.
Definitely not battery. It'll be used in the dock 95% of the time. VC doesn't really matter to me. Never has. Online as long as it's free and at least as good as Wii U (but I'd love a friend message system much better than Miiverse). OS matters some but Nintendo hasn't disappointed me yet.
So I guess after games I'm not really that concerned. Least nothing that comes to mind.
