I understand that. I am just wondering where we think... let's say Mt. Hylia is on the map from last year, which looks to show the whole world.
I'm feeling this too. Will make the special items feel all the more powerful.
The problem with this is the limited inventory. There will probably be ways to upgrade your limits but even in that demo, twice they ran into a situation where they wanted to pick up a weapon, but needed to do some cleaning first and second was during a fight. :/
Yeah, I expected a required animation to come with it. Healing seems a little too easy.

Combat looks refreshing. Exploration looks top notch. I like how it just throws you out into the world. Dungeons and boss fights wills till defy the game, but it looks promising so far.
Hopefully the Nx version will bring more life into the overworld. I agree it feels kind of barren.

Man, limited inventory and weapon breaking is something I loathe in new rpgs. It's just more of an annoyance then anything.
There's a reason many rpgs are now starting to move away from it or offer thingsto help it (like player storage and easy repairs of weapons/armor or getting rid of durability entirely).

It's going to be super-frustrating to have to go into the menu to select a new weapon every few minutes though. Hopefully that stops being such an issue later in the game and items are only so fragile in the opening to force you to experiment with different ones.

Dunno why everyone thinks the framerate issues are with the stream - clearly plummeted when the camera was overlooking the cliffs on scenes with a wide player perspective POV.

March? They have not announced a date yet. They only said the NX version would launch on the same day at the Wii U one. That's it. People assumed that because the NX is coming in March that also meant Zelda is coming then, too.
But, we don't have a confirmation yet as far as I know.
Man this looks so crazy different from every other Zelda game. I get the feeling it's gonna be really divisive for that.

You should be able to drop items while in the change items menu (d-pad), hopefully they'll add it in if it's not in already.
While I hope the item limit increases, I can also see it coming in useful by allowing you to take a limited number of items into a dungeon or something similar.
Not a fan of pausing and healing, and I wish there was a button to use an equipped healing item. A touch button would suffice.
Overall, what I'm seeing is absolutely incredible. The detail, and the massive change that Zelda has undergone while still remaining Zelda at its heart for this game is a breath of fresh air.

You can't said that when you can interact with almost 90% of the environement like choping every grass and trees you see.

I agree, but they picked lot's of weapons they didn't use at all. If they were a bit more selective about what to pick/leave this wouldn´t have happened. Also, I think Link will be able to increase the size of his inventory with time.
I think that's for how much noise Link is making, so you can tell whether you're walking silently.

For good or for bad, at least they are really going for changing the conventions of Zelda. This can only bring good things for the franchise, going forward.
Still feels that way to me, maybe because of the graphical style.
