Sorry if not allowed but if so I am looking to join one or start a new one. I have been in one of these the past few years and the guy running it stopped. Basically you get 5 people together and split the cost of the premium account that give you youtube premium and youtube music.

I've had this up and running for my friends for a while now. I'm actually about to cancel it this month because

A) my friends suck
B) I only use Youtube Premium, because I prefer Spotify to GPM and especially Youtube Music

Even better, I've got some grandfathered in pricing because I've been with them for so long

As it should be in the normal app, they are just making features which are very normal features (sans ads) that you shouldnt be paying for.

I agree. The lack of ads is awesome though. I watch A LOT of YouTube stuff

It is worth it alone for the no ads in YouTube. I also like the music app and without premium you have to have the app open to play music

I never hosted the plan but as far as I know I would just need your email, you get an invite. We split the plan evenly 5 ways, pay a year at a time
