I think the one I have in my head is the one with the weird worked shoot incident during a tag match, maybe in 2000?

The 1/4/1999 match featured Ogawa laying stiff shots on Hashimoto, and the rumor has been that Ogawa shot on Hashimoto on Inoki's orders. Of course, it could have been a worked shoot, since their match in October 1999 for the NWA title was stupid hot.

They had a tag match on 1/4/2000, with Hashimoto teaming with Iizuka and Ogawa teaming with Kazunari Murakami, but that 1999 match is probably what you're remembering.
