It's a good shooter that people say is revolutionary even though Team Fortress 2 did most of that stuff first, has no single player, and has a legitimately disgusting unlock and microtransaction system in place. It isn't even the best shooter of 2016 - Titanfall 2 and Doom are better.

If Steins Gate 0 does not end up being my GOTY I will be very surprised. But then I said that about the garbage that is Zero Time Dilemma a few months ago so....
You expect a video game based off an anime to be good?
No one calls it revolutionary. It's also hardly similar to Team Fortress other than being a class based shooter. Having no single player isn't a reason something can't be GOTY. That's like saying Doom can't be GOTY because the MP is hot bullshit and all of its unlocks are cosmetic.
Titanfall 2 also has some of the worst maps ever concocted. Doom's single player drags on for far too long, the creation stuff is terrible and them multiplayer is even worse.

I expect the sequel to one of my favourite games of all time to be good. I expect the sequel to my favourite video game story ever to be good.
actually id rather a magnitude of other things happen, this is a guy who cleanly beat cena 3 months ago and is now effectively jobbing to a comedy act.

I don't think the game of the year has been released yet. That will either be The Last Guardian or Final Fantasy XV.
I have strong hopes for FFXV. Especially after that Extended 101 trailer and seeing some of the footage that has come up online. Holy shit at some of those summons battles.

It's not revolutionary its just a damn fun game with a lot of character. It's the game I've put the most time in this year (other than Gundam Breaker 3, but I don't think anybody played that

I bought Titanfall 1 at a discounted price and liked it, sure as fuck glad I didn't pay full price though. Titanfall 2 has surprised me with how good it is, though. Not Doom level surprise, but still fun.

Nah, if anything there would be praise that someone finally made a Souls clone and understood what made it work. Unlike Lords of the Fallen, for example.

It was the GOTY in 2013 for sure. The Last of Us isn't on its level. Just because it's the first Naughty Dog game to have pretty good gameplay since Crash Team Racing doesn't make it GOTY.
CTR is still the best Naughty Dog game.

Last of Us is one of those games I really loved playing but I kind of raise an eyebrow when people act like it's some all-time great that elevated the genre.

Bad. I think people try to revise how they felt about it when it came out and say they remembered it fondly now but realize the game is only cool in small chunks. And those small chunks are broken up by nonstop, constant, unncessary cutscenes with a setting that was kind of fresh for the first 30 minutes and then you missed New York.
He animates real well though.
Division's alright. It's not some life changing thing but I never expected it to be. Their version of New York is real pretty and I found the loop entertaining enough to finish the campaign and put a few hours into it. Macy's being a dungeon is a cool idea, for example.

I liked MP3. I like all the Max Payne games though so maybe I'm biased.That airport shootout, though.
