There was huge heat for the no Daniel Bryan appearance during the Big Show vs Randy Orton match at tonight's live event in Birmingham, England. Kids were booing, et all. Midway through the match, amidst tons of Bryan chants, Randy Orton cut a very angry promo saying "Daniel Bryan isn't here because I beat his ass. He's gone."
Big Show also started a 'Yes!' chant in honor of Bryan, after he fended off Kane and The Shield. The crowd chants continued well after the end of the show.
Nielsen, LOL.RIP Leslie Nelson

I like how Triple H's contrived attempts to make MOTYs with Taker has ended up with him just barely beating Batista by 1%.
Just watched Harper/Ohno from NXT. Very good match, and Ohno did look to be in better shape. Have there been any reports on why he parted ways with the WWE?
They probably saw that picture of Kharma and looked at Hero like 'what's your excuse'
Banderas gifs are still better than most wrestling gifs.
He still draws, 16 years later. It still tickles me how much of an uptick in interest there was on here when Kane showed up in the suit.
Don't feel bad. It's how it starts out with anyone when it comes to Kane, then you get drawn in more and more, and pretty soon, you're respecting him more and more (maybe not liking him, but respecting him). Then, one day, you're like, "You know, Kane's not that bad", and bam, you're a Kane fan.I just can't get over Kane in a suit. Goddamn it, I HATE Kane, how am I interested by him? This is like what WWE tried to do with Kofi in the orange pants, only it's working.
Malibu Stacy - now with hat!

Kane isn't a shit wrestler these days. You just have to understand how WWE books big men. They purposefully limit them. I'll never forget Kane once saying in an interview that if he ever tried a hurricanrana in the ring again, he'd probably be out of a job. He's fucking 46 years old wrestling on a full time schedule, and is still in fantastic shape. He's proven over the past year or two that he can still hang in the ring with Punk and Bryan. He's been in multiple MOTY candidates. Now, admittedly, they were tag matches, but they were never dragged down because of him. And at his age, and considering that he's wrestled more televised matches than anyone else in WWE history, that's very impressive.I respect Kane just fine, except for his nutty politics. Dude is a reliable draw, willing to do whatever is asked of him, locker room leader, etc. But he is a SHIT wrestler, nowadays, and I just can't overlook that, no matter how much I like that suit. And I do, I like it a lot. You're right, it IS pretty scary/sinister. Triple H has needed a monstrous embodiment of his authority like that. (I also know a Big Show/Kane match is coming, and the thought of THAT is scariest of all.)
Once again, they were tag matches.Kane singles matches are just boring to me. Even that match he had with fucking Daniel Bryan months back on Raw was boring. I think even if you like Kane, "MOTY level maytches" is a stretch, but I don't, so.
They probably are boring. Everyone once in a while, they'll let Kane cut loose versus someone special, but at this stage of his career, they want Kane to wrestle a very safe and predictable WWE style of wrestling. At 46 years of age, and the mileage on his body, it's amazing that he can go week after week at this pace. The 6-mans with Shield, sure. I can tolerate Kane in tags OK enough. But I think his singles stuff in the past year or so against anyone is just super boring, except maybe a match against Punk I'm forgetting or something.
But that's just me
I'll give him credit for the age/size thing and the whole working safe thing, for sure. I just don't like seeing him. I can get behind what he's doing right now though (uh, not wrestling). Until it leads to the inevitable Big Show/Kane match at TLCThey probably are boring. to be fair, that 6-man TLC match was WrassleGAF's MOTY in 2012lol @ MOTY candidates.
He has been in 0 this year.
