Jensen Huang: Israel has become Nvidias second home

Nvidia's CEO has confirmed that the US chip giant will build its huge campus for up to 10,000 employees in Kiryat Tivon.

Nvidia CEO and founder Jensen Huang said, "Israel is home to some of the world's most brilliant technologists and has become Nvidia's second home. Our new campus will be a place where our teams can collaborate, invent, and build the future of AI. This investment reflects our deep and enduring commitment to our families in Israel and their unique contributions to the AI era."

The company has bought Israeli startup Mellanox in 2016, and since then bought 4 more in the country, with its offices spreads across Israel. Nvidia also plans to build one of the biggest data centers in middle-east in Israel, with a new super-computer for its own use.

Jensen has shown great support, always mentioning Avinatan Or in quarterly briefings, an employee, who was kidnapped with his girlfriend Noa Argamani on 10/7. She was rescued in a daring operation, while he was released just a few months ago after 738 days in captivity.

The Mellanox acquisition has been a massive success for Nvidia. The Ethernet-based interconnect technology they developed is now called Spectrum and it's the interconnect that makes massively scaled datacenters possible, not just for AI shit but also everything else you do in a datacenter like server arrays and supercomputers

The hate towards Era some of you display is so funny. As a long long member on GAF I remember when GAF had very very strick rules, when whole gaming industry was here and when it was a source for amazing news. You cant deny it went a bit wrong here and there and a lot is allowed here. Era is imo just a good place for news and yes sometimes they take it to far with their silly bans/rules (so did GAF in the past). I love both sites and visit them often. But some of you are acting like Era is the worst thing on internet.

this weak ass era website completely ban any discussion about hogwarts legacy, why would I waste my time on a community like that? Its like walking on an eggshell.

If you're only using it as a news site then it does its job pretty well, engaging on a discussion is another story though

It's normal for companies to set up offices and development centers in Israel. They have some of the best education system in the world, and have made some of the most important contributions to technology and science in modern times.
Try making a boycott of Israel and it's impossible, because their contributions in science are so vast. Unless you want to live in a cave with no tech.
Try making a boycott of Palestine and it's also impossible, because they have never contributed to the advancement of any scientific or technological field.

Apartheid state? 23% of Israel population are Palestinians who live, work and vote in Israel.
Everyday even more Palestinians go and work in Israel to make a living.
