NVIDIA preparing GeForce RTX 3080 Ti with 9984 CUDA cores & 12GB GDDR6X

Nice! This is what I was waiting for!

I was holding out on upgrading to a 3080 in hopes that a TI model would be released.
I got so much use and enjoyment out of my 1080 TI.
 
So we're apparently now getting a 3070 with 10GB VRAM and now a 3080 with 12GB VRAM, ....kinda feels like the numbers they should've launched with tbh.
 
Nah. None of this makes any sense without refreshing the whole line of cards. Without it there's no space for a 3080Ti. I don't think Nvidia is so retarded that they'll attempt a move like this without an overarching plan with an clear common sense slot for each card.

3070 has 8GB of GDDR6, unless you're talking about a new SKU.

Yea he's talking about the rumoured 3070 TI
