New Mario looks so good but I'm always gonna fanboy over any new 3D Mario. The artstyle is very different here.

People are just talking out of hype but this hybrid stuff is just a bad idea. The fact that it must go portable is gonna handicap the console and vice versa.

Man just looking back on the near unanimity of vocal GAF members claiming it could never be a hybrid, it feels really good to see that it's a hybrid for that reason alone.

I still think it's going to be a really tough sell. "Better than a tablet, weaker than a console". I don't know how well it'll sell outside people who travel a bunch

SOLD. Was really hoping the hybrid rumors panned out so I could get all their games on one machine. Being able to play the same games home and way without worrying about wifi speed for remote play is nice as well. I won't use it a ton, but nice to be able to just play whatever I'm in the middle of when traveling vs. starting something on a portable that I'll not finish upon return (sold off my portables a while back).
