Nothing yet for me.
When you go to the preview dashboard and the registration tab. Click change, you should see latest Xbox experience, choose that.

Go to the registration tile in the preview app and see if you have the option to enroll in newest preview.

That's basically what it is. They should have kept it named the same. Hopefully it happens when they do more merging.
Well we know the store is getting reworked since it is merging with the Windows Store which is currently even worse (much worse, amazingly)

I hope it's like the last major update where everyone whines about not being in the first wave. Then when they get in they bitch about the beta being buggy despite warnings from Microsoft.

You probably have a common or generic setup. They don't manually pick, it's a algorithm. The computer checks various criteria such as Xbox version, hard drive, Blu-ray drive, network connection status, and other configuration options. The idea is to get a good variety of the users out there. As each wave is successful, it moves to the next. If you have the most common Xbox, your odds go down.
I didn't have the option at first either then did a hard reset and then it was there.

Since the Xbox One was released, only back compat has been announced during their E3 presser, so I wouldn't bet on it.
They've already announced what are likely the major features: Cortana, Background Music Playback, UMP support/platform Windows Store merger. Ybarra has also mentioned redesigned Games & Apps experience and new stuff for the Store on Twitter.

I'm really hoping they are completely redesigning the games and app section with this update. Or at least bring back the asterisk so I know which game was updated.

God Damn Xbox always needs me to reset the fucking router to connect to the web. Only two hunks of junk in my house do this is the XB1 and that crappy Samsung player, all just to respond to a message. Anyone else have this problem?
Oh yea I forgot they did that survey... wonder how it turned out. It would be a massive announcement, IF they have a good percentage lol.

Preview members should be able to opt in for the upcoming preview now. To opt in, open the Xbox Preview Dashboard, go to Registration, and select Preview Latest Xbox One Experience.

Some of us can't...i figured it was locked up wrong so I tried to un register completely so I could try again. Now its stuck in pending for who knows how long

Figure this is just like the last big update.. Giving people the option to leave good enough alone if they don't feel like actually beta testing again. I can't remember when the last preview update was.
Side note.. Did they ever say what the points we earn from doing the quests/etc will be used for? I've done almost everything I can, but haven't seen new ones in a long time.

High ranking preview members are often able to receive updates before others, and then there's some worthless stuff you might receive as well.
