Joe Arapio is the only one on this list that is totally unqualified for any position. Other than Trump himself, of course. If he is picked that will have terrible consequences. It wouldn't surprise me if he started trying to put Muslims and suspected "Illegals" in concentration camps. I don't really do the protest thing but if that happened... Well, if that happened I'd have to do more about it than just writing a letter to my Congressman.

Yes, the Senate must confirm nominees. Since Republicans will control the Senate, you have to hope there are at least some moderating forces on their side, or that they don't nuke the filibuster and Democrats stop any of the egregious nominees.
