From a personal, non tax accountant view... fuck him it's some shady ass shit and I disapprove of people exploiting the tax code to commit what I think is excessive tax avoidance. Someone who loses 91 million, unless he makes a billion regularly each year, shouldn't be living the kind of lifestyle he did.
