look at those disgusting veins and those weird huge shoulders, my god... i'm all for a healthy lifestyle and staying in shape, but i'll never understand wanting that type of body

Also, here are this month's EVOLVE cards as of today:

EVOLVE 49, Queens, NY

Timothy Thatcher & TJ Perkins vs. Trent Baretta & Rocky Romero
Championship contender's match: Drew Gulak vs. Trevor Lee
Anthony Nese w/So Cal Val vs. Andrew Everett vs. Matt Cage vs. Peter Kassa
Tracy Williams vs. Willie Mack
Matt Riddle vs. Jonathan Gresham

Since the Queens venue has a low ceiling, I'm really curious how this supposed high flyers match with Nese, Everett, Cage, and Kassa is going to go.

EVOLVE 50, Long Island, NY

EVOLVE Championship match: Timothy Thatcher (c) vs. winner of Drew Gulak/Trevor Lee
Trent Baretta & Rocky Romero vs. Anthony Nese & Caleb Konley w/So Cal Val
Willie Mack vs. loser of Drew Gulak/Trevor Lee
TJ Perkins vs. Tracy Williams
Matt Riddle vs. Chris Dickinson

Thanks for the birthday wishes, friends.

You would know Vince, are there any long-term health issues from pushing your body beyond what one would consider "normal" muscle-mass?

Nope. All benefits, really - especially the older you get, the more muscle you have prevents your bones from getting dinged hard and broken.

I advocate steroid use for older people - at an advanced age, any risk of heart problems is minimized (based on how steroids work with your heart) - and the benefits such as falling down stairs would FINISH HIM on a 65 year old or older, but if you have significant muscle mass, your mobility is better as well as the strain it'd put on your body when you DO fall, if you fall.

Honestly it's all good.

what a FREAK

this is the look:

roided up dudes don't know how to look good anymore

Kinda unfair to compare people to the most perfect body in all of bodybuilding. Arnold is perfection.

I live for that vein. I want that vein running down my arm.

Arnold had the vein as well. You tend to get it the leaner you are. Genetics play a role on what bf% you get it to show up.

You mean, get your bodyfat % down and you'll see the vein. We all have them. Most of us have them hiding under a layer of fleshhhh. Lose the weight, see the vein. Cut baby cut.

True but some people have it popping at like 18%. I gotta be near single digits to get it to show.

I got a massive rope on my left arm. Thanks to giving two pints a week, the poor thing has been abused and is tough.

Michael PS Hayes on the Ric Flair drunkcast today.

Probably not the best first guest from WWE employee-land to ensure that Vince continues to approve WWE talent being on the show.

Flair said the reason why Jerry Lawler had the heart attack on Raw is he had taken nine Viagra pills over the past couple days which was making his heart go 140 BPM (and he wasn't joking around saying that).

Hayes has been on decently good behavior so far... only about halfway through it.

Do you guys realize how shitty you are for accusing newer members, especially one coming off from a ban, of being someone else?

I'd appreciate it if as a community, we didn't act like cunts to new members, especially ones that have strong opinions about wrestling. We need to sort this shit out and stop being fucking shitheads to people.

I've been nothing but kind to Bronx-Man and in return he assaulted September. It's really concerning when the below is a common theme in this community:

Wrasslegaf tradition of not knowing when one month ends and another begins is alive and well I see.

I lost 15 pounds in 3 months by just cutting soda and chips out of my diet and running a hour on the treadmill every other day. I'll leave the beefcake workouts to the hosses down in Orlando.

I'm gonna have to take you to Wrestler's Court if you keep rocking the boat like this.

hey Sunny, how can i search for gifs on legitshook? like if i wanted to see all the gifs with a specific wrestler

your best shot would be with google. Do an image search for site:legitshook.com wrestler name, then use Search Tools (after switching to image search) to filter Animated.

Holy shit Michael Cole

http://www.wwe.com/inside/michael-cole-weight-loss

What a fucking BEAST

COLE: I started at 226 pounds with 29.9 percent body fat and as of today, 11 months later, I weigh 169 pounds with 6.5 percent body fat. I was down 65 pounds, but I’ve put on a little weight because we changed my diet and added some calories. I feel better now at 48 years old than I did at 21 years old.

6.5%? No, not at all.

Dood does look fucking great tho.
