Sure :lol
EDIT: Never mind.
McLaren will never live this down.

Pimpwerx said:Lap times today, and practice this week hasn't supported this argument. Winter testing is one thing, but they never put all the bits on the car until the first race. And even now, we're not gonna see the real racing packages until they return to Europe. I don't want to jump the gun, but has McLaren put a foot wrong yet? Besides cheating, they've not shown any willingness to slow down. OTOH, Ferrari's performance seems to have only slipped further since Schumacher's departure.
That and I'm fully on the Hamilton hype train. Been driving this bandwagon since Melbourne last year. So I guess I'm just a slight bit biased.PEACE.
When did you start watching F1?Kowak said:Albert Park has never been a Ferrari stronghold. I admit that Kimi/massa have not had the same impact as schu on input but Ferrari will be competitive the remainder of the way.
Hamilton drove great yesterday but he never had any pressure on him and he will make mistakes just as Kimi did.
Lately, it has not.Pterion said:When did you start watching F1?

Apparently not, as you don't remember when Melbourne was a Ferrari stronghold.Kowak said:Obviously longer then you

Using that logic, Monza isn't a Ferrari stronghold since Macca had a 1-2 there last year, amirite?

what did coulthard say to louise ... something Massa shit if I remember. They cut it out of the tsn replay here in Canada :lol
David Coulthard turned the airwaves blue on Sunday after colliding with Felipe Massa in the Australian Grand Prix.
Plenty of carbon fibre was shed throughout the field at Albert Park as the 2008 season kicked off, but Red Bull's Coulthard was clearly the most furious of the retirees as the media scrambled for live comments.
To a reporter for ITV, Coulthard said that Massa should take full responsibility for the crash after they came together at turn one.
"If he doesn't, then I'm gonna kick three colours of shit out of the little bastard," he half joked.
But Massa, the Brazilian driver, risked incurring the Scotsman's wrath by refusing to apologise.
"He should just go and watch the television instead," the 26-year-old said. "I was on the inside, I did nothing wrong," he told reporters.
Ferrari boss Stefano Domenicali did not want to wade into the argument, but he pointed out that "race control didn't take any action."

99-Schu qualified 3rd finished 8th 1 lap down 0 points, eddie won it for Ferrari. Mclarens had problems that caused them to retire.
00-ferrari dominated the weekend
01-first and third
02 schu won, rubens DNF.
I would never say it is a stronghold, we won there but it was not always because of our great performance compared to everyone else.

Kimi's car at the end of pit lane
jey_16 said:last years livery was much better, the white just ruins the car and there are too much blank spaces where the Malboro barcodes used to be......
h3ro said:I think the makeshift livery with nothing on the nose or rear wing had to do with the late announcement of Etihad coming aboard as a sponsor on the back of the rear wing and barge boards. I agree about the white Marlboro barcode on the engine cover though, too much white. I liked the slanted barcode used last year.
McLaren to change speed limiter system
McLaren are to look into changing their pit-lane speed limiter system to ensure drivers cannot accidentally activate it, following Heikki Kovalainen's late-race drama in Melbourne.
MidiSurf said:Finally.
Kinda odd they didn't change the system already, Hamilton made same mistake in China's GP last year.

Coverage will be influenced by the success of the Jeremy Clarkson-fronted Top Gear when the five-year deal begins next year. Dominic Coles, BBC director of sport rights, said: When Lewis Hamilton did a test lap on Top Gear it got more viewers than the Brazilian Grand Prix. Bernie was very impressed with the Top Gear proposition and there will be cross-fertilisation between the show and the races.
Clarkson and James May, Hammonds co-conspirators, will also join in the grand prix fun but insiders believe The Hamster has a special affinity with drivers after his crash.
It will be the Martini approach to grands prix, Dominic Coles, the BBCs director of sports rights, said. You can watch it any time, any place, anywhere.
The BBC, which plans to reinvent Formula One, will employ all the technological advances that have come about since the sport defected to ITV 12 years ago. Races will be screened live on broadband and the coverage will be made available for the next week through the BBC iPlayer.
The corporation is expected to ask independent companies to pitch to produce the show, with a multimedia strategy a vital component of any bid.
Fans stuck on trains should be able to watch races streamed live to their mobile phones, if they are willing to pay the charges. The BBC also expects to employ high definition cameras to bring viewers a sharper picture of the view from behind the wheel.

The Ferrari's won't finish this grand prix. Massa will be out at the end of the season and Vettel will replace him.
