Official Batman: Arkham Knight Trailer – “Gotham is Mine”

Out of the 500+ questions in that AMA they only answered 20-ish, and ignored any hard questions about the game, going for more general questions and stuff they've already said before.

I don't consider that calling her ugly.

Some people like the new design, some don't, but that does not mean that everyone who doesn't like it is calling her ugly.

I was not a fan of the new design for HQ in the cinematic trailer(her in-engine look is much better imo) specifically her face, but that does not mean that I think she is "ugly."

Yup, I can honestly say that I really hate the PR team for Rocksteady like that one hyperactive guy who does most of the "interviews." I put interviews in quotes because he never answers a real question but instead just pivots into hyping up the game and its features. Like, just give me Sefton Hill and have him sit down and tell me about the game, dude is just honest and actually works on the game so he knows what he's talking about as opposed to some PR stooge.

I think a bigger part of the reason people are finding Ivy "ugly" is the color change. Instead of a somewhat bright green she's now a dark slime-like green. It's kind of off-putting.

It was confirmed as far back as the Game Informer cover story that Riddle will have Batmobile time trials and obstacle courses for Riddler trophy challenges.

Also, some people have been saying liking Origins is an unpopular opinion. It isn't. Liking the multiplayer is (and I loved the multiplayer, as broken as it was).
 
I wish Superman would have a cameo appearance in this game.

Maybe at the very end just flying over the city and saying to himself "Well it looks like Bruce has everything under control'

Yea that was a lame ass AMA, just a PR disguised, again with the "unstoppable" Batmobile, how big the city is etc... Its like they have a list of features they need to talk about every time and they just spit them out regardless of the many other questions that are being asked.
 
I personally think Ivy looks most like Andrea from The Walking Dead (Laurie Holden)

I think the replies about Ivy in this thread meant that her redesign worked exactly the way Rocksteady intended.

The new Ivy model is attractive, yet there's something just slightly unsettling about how she looks.

Someone on Reddit suggested a boss battle that fucked me up with excitement.

It was something like:

Imagine if Scarecrow douses Batman with fear toxin and drops him in a giant vat of water where he has also doused, and tortured (so equally fucked up looking as Scarecrow), Killer Croc. As like a revenge thing.

I read that and it's the perfect amount of creepy. Something with that kind of a premise could become my favourite boss battle.

Is Dini in charge of the story again? He's a massive Ivy fan, and if he is I wouldn't have to worry about her portrayal.

I can see the Laurie Holden / Rhona Mitra likeness, definitely.
She certainly doesn't look like the Russian supermodel type they were going for in the first game, which I preferred, but she still looks awesome.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Dini is not writing for this one.
 
I've noticed that the exact same sounds that occur at the end of the new arkham night trailer occur exactly once in the newest bloodborne trailer at 18 seconds in. Possible connection?

Sony have advertising rights for this game so there could be something there.
 
I'm sorta indifferent about Dini's lack of involvement. His other two Arkham stories were a bit messy - the first was good until it blew the ending and the second had too much going on throughout.
