Not from my experience. A vendor who died has never come back. It sucks because I owned the cart too!PepsimanVsJoe said:NPCs for the most part get replaced anyway right?
Is there a certain amount you have to donate to finish that quest? I got the Sun Riser or whatever... I can buy the temple now but I want to keep saving for the Brightwood Tower.forgeforsaken said:For autographs you need to buy the autograph cards. For the temple next to one of the monks there is a donation box, it's easy to miss.

Maybe Fable 2 was Microsoft's gift to everyone... help them all get RRoD on their launch consoles before the guarantee runs out.The Wispy Scoundrel said:There I was, strolling along, playing catch with my doggy, when FUCK the console locks up and RROD's on me.
Fable 2 owned my Xbox with its awesomeness.

The blue lines are on your character if they're a magic user. The more points you put into magic, the more noticeable they become. For your character to stay normal in appearance you have to do your best to stay neutral.Danielsan said:Have been playing a ton today, mostly screwing around. I'm liking the game but there are lot of little things that bug me, mostly on the technical side.
I noticed that my character started getting the blue veiny shit in his face so I had counter it with a bit of evil. I want my character to have a hint of evil about him but I don't want horns or other demon stuff, is that possible or will your character always develop one way or another?
I also want to know if more clothing items will become available in the shops later on.
My understanding is the blue veins are simply from using Will a lot... I don't think that is a byproduct of being good but I could be wrong? I'm good and use a lot of magic so I can't confirm personally, but that was the impression I got during the game.Danielsan said:I noticed that my character started getting the blue veiny shit in his face so I had counter it with a bit of evil. I think that is true. Even the Villagers say things like, "using too much magic have we"Meier said:My understanding is the blue veins are simply from using Will a lot... I didn't even know you could teleport. :lolSailor said:Does anyone actually walk to their locations? I was on the quest currently with the Abbot in Oakfield..and it required me to go to Rookridge..then somewhere else, then all the way back to Oakfield. Of course, I "teleported"...but just wondering if anyone does the opposite and just walks everywhere?
GhaleonEB said:I didn't even know you could teleport. :lol
Having said that, I'll still walk. I did that for Oblivion, for the first 60 or so hours of my first character. I like the feeling of travel, and of scouring the land for treasure and knocking off the odd bandit pack. I doubt I'll ever use it.

Quoted from last page:Flyguy said:Castle Fairfax quest:I'm in the room that has four arches, and you have to hit the thing with magic, and then shoot it three more times with a ranged weapon. I can't seem to get it the last time. I can't stand in the same spot and hit it all three times, I need to move for the last one and I can't do so in enough time. Am I doing something wrong, or do I really need to run, draw, and hope the reticle lines up the target because I have absolutely no time to adjust?
Psychotext said:I thought so... until I realised that you don't actually have to target the orb.
The autoshot hits it.
- Stand in the middle of the room, lightning the left side.
- Press Y to autohit the orb when it moves in front of you.
- Move right, hit Y to autohit again.
- Move right, hit Y to autohit again.
I felt pretty stupid when I worked that out. I must have spent 20 minutes trying to hit the thing with manual targeting.

It's not "teleporting". It's just simplifying your journey. It still takes the same time (game hours) to travel to these places. The "teleportation" is still taking as long as it would have taken to walk.alanias said:Man, traveling everywhere would be terrible on a marriage. Especially if you're like me with three wives... I have to teleport constantly :lol I like the feeling of traveling when I get the chance, it feels so much less linear than the first Fable.
