The only thing that seems dumb is city size. That's probably mostly due to the min specs... Sadly, when EA finally does offer up bigger city sizes and charges me $20 for it, I will buy it :/

I also like how BigAT completely acts like he didn't see the sheriff show up after calling him out yesterday

It's cool, I am too busy mirin Laura's beautiful flowing locks... We can prolly start a region tomorrow or Thursday once everyone has the game and had a chance to mess around with stuff

I got the show for Vita and PS3 as well.

Man, I forgot how ugly Maxis' games are. Oh great, there is $30 in DLC I can already buy! Maybe if I buy them they will start up some North American servers that aren't full.

I just played an online game against the Jays. Lost 6-5 off a Jose "Cheater" Bautista walk off in the 9th

It actually wasn't a strikeout fest and I felt like most of my swings happened the way I wanted to. My only complaint so far is that sometimes pitching can fall behind if you use the sticks but it's mostly okay

At least EA is known for their reliability in keeping their game servers up for the long term life of a game.

Kind of a stunned silence at this point for me. I went to bed a little after midnight, then woke up at like 3 AM, couldn't go back to sleep and was greeted with CB telling me I ruined the thread while I tried to figure out what the hell happened.. Still curious if someone squealed or if he just searches his name every couple of hours to see if he is being discussed anywhere. Like eznark said, I wonder why he showed up now when eznark has said numerous things about him before.

1) I have a professional job that pays pretty well and I really don't want to jeopardize it in any way by behaving badly online.

4) Perhaps most importantly, I seem to perceive forums differently than other people. Some people seem to focus on the anonymity, and use that as license to say whatever they want because who the hell cares what happens. I view it as an open forum; there are a huge number of people reading any given thread or discussion. I treat it like I would any large gathering of people -- some things that are appropriate in a small gathering of friends are not appropriate in a much larger group of mostly strangers.

Hopefully that helps explain why I operate in the manner I do. It doesn't mean you have to agree with my conclusions, or share my personal preferences and outlook.
