Part of me feels the same way. Its the line of trying to make things fair/making it feel like real football.

The penalties will be adjusted at some point. But it needs the proper sample size. We were already having discussions on it after week one but things need to play out a bit more.

Offsides/encroachments are the only thing I'm declining this year (that's if it happens while lining up and not a d-line jump). I'd rather see penalties in the game that have none. Had some legit correct calls on my two league games.

it's like saying holding happens on every play in the NFL, but the refs just decide to call it when they feel like it. which is true!

with regards to penalties, there are corresponding animations that occur with the penalty. obviously PI isn't "random" when you are making contact yourself with the receiver
