FMT thanks for the reply and the input but I don't really know how else I can react when I constantly attacked by someone being a complete asshat. I don't know of anything I did last season that was "smug" aside from maybe responding to a lot of Lukeypoo's inane comments with "bitter tears" but I thought that was just an obvious joke and again with 0 feedback from anyone on the subject there wasn't much else I could say about it. I don't remember gloating last year or proclaiming myself better than anybody. The only time I was a dick was when someone was a dick to me. I tried to go a 180 in playstyle this year and just because of this bullshit reputation someone still bitches about it. My offer for a scrimmage with anyone who wants to play and critique me still stands.

Chris Baker is now benched. Gents the way it ended is that I received the kick in OT, second down I hit him with a pass and he fumbles it to FMT inside my 30! Fuck!

that was a tough game for me. i think like 70% of my yards came on the first drive and then you shut it down. all of andre johnsons catches came on that first drive.

anyways i have a 10-3 lead with 10 seconds left, ck is inside the 10. he runs coles on a drag, and i bumped him as he went by and said ah fuck it ck isn't throwing to the opposite side of the field. but guess what? he did for a TD. fuck you duante robinson. your speed means shit if you can't keep up with old man coles.

anyhow in OT ck indeed got the ball and fumbled. what is strange is they didn't replay it and it looked like a potential no-catch. i recovered at the 25 and proceeded to lose about 5 yards on 3 plays. i couldn't do shit against the jets D! maybe its cause the texans o-line sucks i dont know. it's not much worse than the niners so i'm good.

i <3 demeco! he saved me

I've heard mention of the no-catch replay deal. I've never seen it even off of clear non catches. Is it in the game? I figure if it's mentioned, it must be in.

[edit] oh wait, the previous person that mentioned it was FMT...maybe FMT knows something the rest of us don't!

Jube...you've been playing COD4 nonstop for at least the last few days and haven't even given me the courtesy of responding to my queries on the board and through XBL about our Madden game. Last night would've been a perfect time to play our game, but now my only option is to do it Sunday night due to business travel I have next week.

Not cool.

GG, Ando. Ronnie Brown fumbled on the 1st play of the game, and I couldn't stop giving the ball to you after that. Trent Green was pretty decent when he wasn't throwing picks.

And for what it's worth to the rest of the league, I had no problems with Ando's play in our game. He won 29-17.

I joined for Erin Brockovich discussion
I've had the no catch replay fumble thing a good 20-30 times. The ball gets to the wr and is immediately dropped, and it's ruled a fumble. Even challenged, they rule it a fumble. It's another EA bug which it will never fix (apparently)

I can play sunday. I wasnt able to play CoD till friday its hard to see messages when theres stuff blowing up in my face :p my bad.

Sounds good. Sunday night works best for me. Just remember to check your messages when you sign on or off. Boot to dashboard is your friend :)

Nah, I have my Halo 3 360 still in the box. That was a shitty game by Madden, you played a solid game, DM. GG to you, FAIL to Madden.

I hope people can finish their games ahead of schedule so this triple-length week can advance early. Remember people, weeks 2-17 will be 4 days max and we're on day 3 today. No need to respond to this telling me you're going to play, I know you will..I'm just anxious to get back out on the field :D

I've heard of people looking ahead in their schedule, but 6 weeks ahead? My eyes are focused on the Jaguars, the team I play in week 2!

Well, Birdman said on Friday that he can't play 'till thursday/friday of this week, so I guess you can advance without us if we're delaying the league. I'll make up POTW in week 2. :'(

Actually, we can play tomorrow night (if that works for you), so we're not holding up the league. It'll still have to be around 8:30 central though.

EDIT: Let's make that 9:00 central...I have to watch Heroes tomorrow.
