Madden Player #48657: *throws to the outside of WR's shoulder, DB contorts body and gets INT* Wow, these DB AI sliders need tweaking. It's pretty obvious EA is trying to artificially create "big plays" and challengeable plays online. I know I'm actually reading open receivers pretty well; the throw wasn't a bad throw. Oh well, maybe next year they'll get it right....probably not, but then I don't have any other choice for NFL football....*sigh*

Ramirez: *running pick back for 6* LOL, whatever duderz. l2p you fucking noob! Madden is the best football game ever! And FUCK All-Pro! That's so unrealistic it's not even funny!



Madden Player #52930: *watches as his DB jumps a route and gets an INT* Wow, nice for me, but damn that was bullshit, the WR didn't even move and the QB never telegraphed the throw. Guess I got lucky on this one.

Ramirez: *watches the pick 6* WTF!?!?! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!? THAT IS UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE! THIS PASSING GAME IS SUCH BULLSHIT! AND WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU RUNNING UP THE SCORE FOR? FUCKING TE CORNER ROUTE ABUSING COCKFUCKER!!

Now tell me, when you were watching the game yesterday, did you know like I did that Campbell was going to throw those picks? As soon as they didn't get a big play to put them at the 10 or less, I knew he would throw a pick. He seems fine inside the 10, but from 10-25 yards out he throws picks, like, automatically. The ES forums are calling for Gibbs' head again, but that loss, EVEN with the Moss and Portis fumbles, falls on Campbell's shoulders. A good QB makes the throw, rookie or not.

Well I didn't think the first one would happen, but the 2nd one I could tell was going to happen. I really really thought with the momentum we were going to win but that 1st pick did us in. Yea the es forums is dumb most of the time. Its all I read but they are annoying after the game. That loss was on the players. I love that people got mad about the 4th and 1 stuff and then he goes for it and they are mad he went for the fg. Hopefully Campbell starts making the tough plays and the comebacks cause these losses are starting to get painful to see.

Yea, that's what makes me :lol the most on ES. No matter what, Gibbs can't win with these people. Go for it on 4th-and-1 where a TD would put the game away? Too risky! Don't go for it and 4th-and-1 where a FG would preserve a win? Too conservative! How about, don't turn the ball over a bunch of times or maybe dominate on both sides of the ball at the same time for a full 4 quarters? You know, like winning teams do?

Although, to be fair, this season moreso than any I can remember proves that you don't need to dominate for 4 quarters to win.

I still just think each loss you have should drop you down a slot in the draft order for the following season. The Pats Penalty.

Edit: Malley looks like Bills stats for the last game are funky. Are rushing and passing flipped with an extra 100 on passing?

I'm struggling with a 92 rated Cowboys, so i know your pain. My first game and last game were winnable. I just didn't execute down the stretch. Back to the lab i go. Maybe a playbook change is in order.

you too man. I can't blame myself for that last int or grossman, that was the coverage i wanted single coverage on the te and it was the safety no less. ball seemed to go right through my guy to your guy, that or your guy went through my guy. I'd say that was madden trying to screw me but the only play madden tried to screw me on was the kickoff play. Heres what happened:

He kicks it off to me and i tried to running catch the kickoff and missed, so it bounces in my endzone. Hester picks it up and runs out the back of the endzone. Next thing I know, no penalties no nothing, I'm facing 1st and 30 on my one. WTF??? (I completed it but still holy crap what is up with that?) It was the weirdest thing I have ever seen.

Another funny moment: I hit Berrian at the one right before half time. He gets tackled out of bounds but the clock keeps running. Crap! So I pause it with 2 seconds left to go call a timeout. I'm looking at it and see the challenge thing blacked out and some reason thought it was the timeout thing. So I unpause it and right before it goes to the cancel screen i notice i do have a timeout left. I quickly try to hit a to cancel it to no avail, the screen goes back to the game and I'm jamming the start button, but didn't get the pause in on time and the half ends. oui.


Anyways great game, i knew it would end up being a shootout, and I put up some impressive #'s but bush was too much in the end.

I wish there was a way I could hire Slo to run my offense for me, and control the QB. I'd settle for controlling the check down WR and the D.

Thanks Fifty, but I've had AP and Reggie in these last two seasons. It's easy to play with those guys. Next year, I think I might like an awesome defense...

Yeah but you're getting insane yards through the air. I've got Manning, Wayne and Harrison and I'm not getting it done. If I win the lottery, the first thing I'm doing is flying people out to play my offensive possessions for me.

The bitch fumbles like no one else. I had terrible luck with him until my last game. It worked against Bob though. Anyway, if you can't pass with the Colts, you might as well retire.

Seeing that this is a league amongst friends, getting rid of someone simply for being an asshole seems to me to be a perfectly viable option.

On another note, damn is the Mass Effect ending credits song awesomely cheesy.

ando isn't getting booted. he has been playing respectable ball and i have had no complaints. whatever assholish things he does outside of the madden league are none of my business as it relates to madden.

just think if i put everyone to a vote! i would personally be voted out of the league! (if lonestar was the only one voting.... and DM)
