Also, Gore is a ****ing piece of glass. He's gotten hurt in all but one of my games.
GG man, Fletcher Baker came through for me with the pics. I have the same problem with portis. This is the first game he didn't get hurt.

Yea guys, I'm done. Really had nothing to do with the game, as it was straight on Rors part, but I fumbled my punt after getting a nice 3 and out on him to start the game. It never got any better from there.
I never play the game aside from league games, and those games are just an exercise in frustration, mostly due to game flaws, the patch made fumbling worse for me, I think I put it on the ground about 6-7 times in 2 games since the patch. :lol
I'll be back for 09 definitely, this version has run its course for me though.

gg lone I almost gave that game away. Up 27-0, he scores after a couple deep jump balls with Edwards. So I feel like I had to put it away in the 3rd and score again. Instead I throw a int for a td. I don't know if it was the next drive or not, but I got into a 3rd and long and decided to try and pass for it. I misread the guy he was playing as (a lb) and he ended up getting a spectular int (kudos on that play) and then scores on offense after that. So its 27-22 now (yikes) and I got a key first down to put it away with a draw on 3rd and 7ish.

I didn't player control anyone. In fact I don't even move a wr immediately after they catch it because they tend to drop it if I do (esp these bears wrs). After a couple seconds or so if they still have the ball I'll put some turbo down. If any of the commishes want to talk to me about the other play let me know. If we are banning that can I get a ban on jump passes to spectacular catch wrs who go sky high for the ball ;p

Birdman and DM, I should be able to play in the next day or two. I'll try to rent the game tomorrow and then we can play either late tomorrow night or Tuesday. I'll let you guys know...

Don't be quitting! If I can stick it out by being screwed in not one, but two games this year you can hang in there too!
Dropping like flies! I think I'm going to trade in the game after this season... get some value out of the game while I can and get back for '09...
That said, I think I might be headed for my first sub-.500 year... it'll suck to go out on that note, but at the same time, maybe it'll lower my ambitions for next year.
