GCQ, you're pretty good about doing this anyway, but I'll mention it just in case...please keep my games against UNLV and Utah. They're party of my goals this season.

I notice on my schedule that I play @Arkansas. I played there last year so if you give me a game against Mik again, it better be a home game.

Those are the defaults. I haven't touched it yet.

Just making sure in case you decide to keep that OOC game since it's against another human player.

I've got a four year human OOC rotating schedule already set and haven't swayed from it. I can already tell you you're not playing mik in the regular season. Same goes for anyone else you've already played OOC in years 1 and 2.

They're in your conference so you always had those games anyway. Same deal for Boise State (for Nevada) and Ohio (for Marshall).

No respect for non-BCS schools.

For whatever reason this doesn't apply to Boise St. even though their team isn't even that good this year talent wise.

That was a bug in the game itself, not GCQ's doing. It was fixed in one of the patches.

Oh ok I didn't know. Not having UNLV on my schedule caused me to break like 20 promises lol.

I know you didn't. I was just pointing it out because the same thing happened in offline dynasties and other teams had similar schedule issues too.

Season Three: Here Comes A New Challenger!

Non-BCS schools get no respect.

After fighting their way back to the top, the Nevada Wolfpack took advantage of their opportunity in the BCS National Championship Game by narrowly defeating Arkansas.

Marshall had a similar story, fighting their way to a BCS bowl and defeating Florida State in the Orange Bowl.

And once again in the preseason, the polls show them no love for the efforts.

These two programs fight back to the top, along with the high profile signing of DCX to Syracuse, highlight the storylines going into season three of play.

As he does every season, commishioner GCQ reminds folks that the schedule isn't perfect, but it's more than suitable.

"Like the last two seasons, open weeks and humans games for some teams are all over the place, some people have more home/away games and some schools have them in situations where you typically wouldn't see them in real life. Them's the breaks of an online dynasty with this structure."

"Also, due to human games taking precedence I couldn't fit in some rivalry games, so unfortunately Marshall won't be playing Ohio and Nevada won't be playing UNLV. They will still play West Virginia and Boise State, respectively."

I feel like I played SDSU in season 1. Maybe I'm thinking of someone else.

You did. I couldn't schedule around some conference game locks so for some folks I had to reschedule season one matchups.

I get to use my transfer RB this year. He's the best I've ever had, provided he can stay healthy. 89 OVR with 92 (or is it 91) SPD with 95+ ACC. :D

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUK! Killing me here. Damn Nevada gets no respect from the NCAA or the commish!!! Will Nevada coach Natural be forced to a BCS school next season!??

Damn--I'm gonna need more whores & blow.

You can go ahead and give up on Darryl Brown now. He has a "very high" for early playing time which is A+ for me and D for you. I'm going to use that to eat you alive.

I guess its teams that have won the last 2 championships.

I had both eventual champs (Texas Tech and Nevada) in the first season, along with the runner up from last year (Arkansas, but I have them every year). No favoritism here!

I just thought about it...how did my Strong Safety make All-American last year and only improve 3 points in the off-season?? At least in Madden your production on the field has an impact on your off-season progression. My whole team basically makes all WAC (I know not saying much) and finishes in the top 5 two years in a row but they barely improve at all the next year. The biggest increase I had was a +6 from a freshman WR who only saw the field on kickoff returns.

I believe the prestige level of your school also affects off-season progression. I guess the thought is the big boys have better athletic facilities and can train their players better.

Sullivan looked better than I expected. His ACC is still wacky, though that is expected. There also seemed to be a ton of injuries, though none serious except my starting HB missed the second half, and WVU's starting OLB is out for the season.

Well yeah that should be a factor but it sucks the game doesn't reward you for playing well with lesser players by giving them higher progression. You can underachieve with a top team yet your players will still greatly improve the next season. There really is no benefit for winning with a lower team. You go up in stars but I still have little to no interest from 4 star players and my school ratings didn't even go up from last season except for one or two categories. What the hell do I need another coach of the year trophy for when there aren't any job offers? lol

Mr. Digital, how are your next few days looking? I'm generally available any night after about 8:30 eastern time.

So I was completely unable to recruit ANY kicker this season, and my punter recruited from last year is really bad as well, so currently my 99 WR is my kicker, punter and kick-off specialist.
