Cowboys vs Favre?

Worst playoff game ever. Is there a way to wish for both teams to lose?

If I have to choose, I'll take the Vikings over Cowboys

Otherwise...

Cardinals over Saints
Ravens over Colts
Chargers over Jets

The one seeds are going down this weekend!

What is Nomentum?

Saturday

Cards @ Saints - Warner is the best playoff QB ever.
Ravens @ Colts - If Flacco was healthy I would take the Ravens.

Sunday

Cowboys @ Vikings - Vikes are to balanced, and their run D is to good for Dallas.
Jets @ Chargers - Jets will fall behind and then Sanchez will have to pass.

Home teams reign supreme this weekend:

Cards @ Saints
Ravens @ Colts
Cowboys @ Vikings
Jets @ Chargers

My prediction for craziest/closest/best game this weekend will be Cowboys at Vikes.

Saturday

Cards @ Saints - The Bengals and Patriots proved you can't limp into the playoffs. People think this is going to be a shootout, but I think it's going to be a one sided game in the Cardinal's favor.

Ravens @ Colts - It pains me to bold these criminals but I'm simply going with the stats, Peyton Manning and the Colts shit the bed when mailing it in at the end of a season. I hope to Ben (/Bionic) I'm wrong but I have one of those feelings, let's just all hope Flacco is as horrible a QB as I know him to be.

Sunday

Cowboys @ Vikings - I honestly don't give a shit who wins, while Romo has been on a little hot streak, I still expect him to fuck up somewhere in the post season. Might as well be this game.

Jets @ Chargers - Fuck Jabba the Rex

I'm picking the:

Saints
Colts
Vikings
Chargers

They're kind of shafting the Cards by having them play last yesterday and then first on Saturday. And I have a funny feeling the Jets shock the world and pull the upset, but I'm not willing to put confidence points down on it!

Picking:

Saturday

Cards @ Saints - For
Ravens @ Colts

Sunday

Cowboys @ Vikings - Against
Jets @ Chargers

cowboys, favre post season meltdowns continue
cardinals, kurt warner with the lord on his side
colts, ravens wont beat the colts if flacco cant throw for over 100 yards
chargers, jets suck

27-23 cowboys

i can't believe a lot of you are using the same cliches that you've been using all season.

cowboys can't win in december

romo can't win a playoff game

now it's, romo is due for a meltdown

Everyone hates Dallas, even Cowboy fans
the day something happens to my beloved cowboys is the day I become a casual fan of the sport and I love football, but I'll be damned if I would cheer for another team. My heart just wouldn't be in it anymore.

Not even for the Texans?

Everyone picking all home teams wining. How often does that happen??
I think the home teams with a bye win something crazy like 80% of the time so it isn't that farfetched.

Getting the bye is a huge advantage.

The only one of these games games that I'm actually going to get to watch is Ravens&Colts because of work, so hopefully that one's as good as I think it will be.

Having said that,

Cards @ Saints
Ravens @ Colts

Cowboys @ Vikings
Jets @ Chargers

Picking the Vikings is more of a hope then a well calculated decision. I'm sure it's going to be a very close/excellent game that like Green Bay & Arizona could just come down to the last team with the ball.

Can't wait for saturday, finally a healthy and rested Saints team will take the field. As good as Warner is in the playoffs in his career, there's one place he just doesn't win in the playoffs.

0-2 all time in the playoffs (Lost at Saints Jan. 2001 and in Super Bowl XXXVI)

Cowboys all day. Love Harson picking them to lose and looking for a Romo meltdown. If the Cowboys lose, it'll comeback on Romo or Wade no matter what. It is Superbowl win or bust for the Cowboys. If they dont make the playoffs next year, they'll be called out for it more than any other shit team like Pittsburgh.

I hope for the Boys to always win, but as a Cowboys fan I cant help but still have the feeling that they'll lose. Probably just wanting to prepare myself for a loss.

Yeah your best odds are 3 home teams and 1 road team winning.

My best cases for each of those losses being.

Saints - lost last 3, swagger gone
Vikings - Turnovers, Cowboys are on a hot streak, Cowboy fans travel well taking that homefield down a notch. Childress vs. Favre for a playoff game could get off-sync quickly.
Colts - lost rhythm, statistically bad team after they rest. Run D vs. Ray Rice is a matchup nightmare.
Chargers - Jets D is the real D, Sanchez did not look like a rookie yet in the playoffs so assuming otherwise is no given. Sanchez back in SoCal weather.

My best case for those same 4 teams winning

Saints - We've gotten heathy in big areas. Vet team that knows what it needs to do. Domefield advantage (card fans don't travel well), got to be top5 homefield advantages in the NFL. Cards on short week after emotional win. Kurt Warner played the best game of his career last week, the likely-hood of topping/repeating that are slim. If Greenbay doesn't start the game with the 2 quick turnovers, they won easily.

Vikings - Favre is about as seasoned as it gets. Cowboys RB's are a bit banged up, they may have to keep passing more then they'd want if they get up on Minny.. Jarred Allen will like that. Also Romo threw about 3 ducks that should have been easy picks vs. the eagles, but they choked on holding onto them. This last game could have just as easily been a disaster for Romo if the Eagles typically great secondary play lived up.

Colts - Ravens have some serious issues passing, and the Colts have the bend, but don't break D. Also, did Tom Brady play a bad game, or did the Ravens play an amazing game? Hard to say definitively there. No huddle offense.

Chargers - San Diego definitely has a much more capable offense then the Bengals, and one that can definitely challenge the #1 D in the NFL for some points. Sanchez is going to have to pass at some point in this game, will he have some more rookie moments? Sproles is a miss-match for just about every team in the NFL. I saw Pierre Thomas run all over the Jets D with a similar run style (quick and shifty). I also think you need a capable TE to hang with the Jets D, and SD definitely has one of those.

You guys are going to have to overcome "The Curse of the Unknown Who Dat" to beat the Cards. The Saints just haven't been the same team since they found that guy.
