JPRaup said:for the video Windows Meida Player worked fine, I did it at my school and they have a horribly crappy version, not sure which one. And I love spaniards now :lol
So what are some must-have ROMs? , I never played many old school games

I swear if they come out with a GBA emu, coupled with this badass snes emu, I'm gonna go out and buy a psp TONIGHT!!....and sell my DS!
rod said:WITH sound and fullscreenim hanging out for this hack cos i got 2 psp but my 1.0 is kinda fucked with buttons and dead pixels and my 1.5 is perfect. but yeah they both run great, i had to tweak the settings a bit tho, sound on 22khz (doesnt really change the qual from 44khz) and with vsync off. with vsync on it stutters a bit. also gotta change soundspeed and graphicsspeed (not frameskip)

evil ways said:Have you ever played Snes games on the Dreamcast? If so, how does the speed compare between the Dreamcast and PSP emulation?
I remember games like Earthbound being nearly unplayable on Dreamcast.
Defensor said:Some do. One of the SNES, NES, and the Rin GB/GBC emulator support zip files for roms. I'm not home yet so I can check when I get back in a hour or two.
I hate being a cynic but the thing that bugs me about this new video is the fact that the guy operating the system uses the "O" button instead of the "X" button...it's a clear giveaway that he's using a Japanese system and the 1.5 could have been faked. We all will see tommorow though...

1) Does anyone know when 1.50 actually hit stores?
2) Is it possible some stores may still have 1.0 inventory left? I know the PSP sold pretty well, sold it out in the bigger stores and in most cities - but some stores didn't even come close.
3) Can you tell what firmware a PSP has from the box? ie. is there a different identification number of some sort?
4) If 1.0 cannot be found, is 1.5 the current version at stores?

No, they all have the same hardware release number.Onix said:Thanks everyone! One final question ... is there any way to tell which Japanese PSP's are v1.0 without actually taking it out of the box?
Shompola said:Hello people,
I have a question about Nester J.
I put the unpacked Nester J files in /PSP/GAME/NesterJ correct?
And Nester J supports zip files correct?
Where do I put the games? Thanks in advance.
Sp3eD said:From what the readme said, you can put the games anywhere on the card you want. I think it has a browser in the emu that lets you look for the rom dir on the stick. I have my roms in H:/ROMS/NES along with another folder for Gameboy games. Hopefully all emu's let you do this method as I like to keep my games organized by folder.
it's encrypted and stuff...f_elz said:Wouldn't it be simple to get the firmware from a 1.0 psp and flash it to a psp with 1.50?
No. If it was that simple, well, we'd be doing that instead.f_elz said:Wouldn't it be simple to get the firmware from a 1.0 psp and flash it to a psp with 1.50?
