The home version feels very polished. The menu system is absolutely beautiful (they even used 60 fps videos within each hex) and the sound work there is also very impressive. The game feels like a class act. It's been a while since I've seen the arcade game, but I still think this holds up as the best looking fighter on the market.
I hadn't really messed with Eileen or El Blaze much prior to this. Eileen seems like a very fun character and I look forward to spending some time learning her. Haven't messed with Blaze too much, though. Lei Fei has always been my character and he is quite familiar, but there are a lot of subtle changes to his moveset that I have to learn.
I really need to find a converter or something to best play this game.

Try not to get too hung up on memorization. As you get used to more complex moves, you should really just "feel" them come out. The game flows very well.but these combos that require hitting 7 or 8 buttons (or more) in perfect sequence is going to take a looong time to get good at. And forget about learning counters and using different fighting styles and the like.
