Brees is like a Honda. Well rounded and reliable.

He manages the team well, and thats what counts. All quaterbacks stats change depending on who they're playing. Damn, it's like if he throws too much, people complain. If he's not throwing, its still a negative. C'mon, he's a good QB, give him credit.

Except most fans see him as a Ferrari, not a Honda. They'd take it as an insult. He's not supposed to be a game manager, he's supposed to be the second coming of Dan Marino without the fail.

Of course he's a good quarterback. The argument that he was one of the elite, on par with Manning and Roethlisberger, stemmed from his impressive statistics. Now that he's putting up middling numbers--but winning--I expect that argument to change.

THE DISEASE!

So, have we always had this many Jets fans? Or did I just not notice? (note: I realize I havent been around for too long, so the irony is not lost on me).

Only when they win.

What LJ11 said, plus my dad's a lifelong. :lol

You know what, I'm going to defend Romo. He's not terrible, and we've seen him play pretty good through the years. I'm chalking this up to coaching. There is no way he should be playing as poorly as he has been this season. He's seriously being outplayed by Shaun Hill, and that's just ridiculous. I guarantee you McDaniels would rather have Romo than Orton, and would help him be a good QB again.

Well the NSX was like a Japanese Ferrari for its time...:D

You can manage the game and still be a great, elite, whatever QB (IMO). He won't be elite until he gets a ring, I guess. I hope he gets one.

I'm a life long Jets fan.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I've always been a NY football homer.

For some reason, unlike the other sports, I've always had room in my heart for two when it comes to football. :D

Wow, all of a sudden the Saints are slashing through huge holes.

Metatron, Dsunit, Jazzy Network and Fox are new faces this year. Duke Togo I remember from last season. Pollo (R.I.P.) was the only other Jets fan here in the off-season. Capt'n______ the guy with the yankee jesus avatar is around somewhere too.

Wade Philips. :lol

It's probably Jason Garrett who's at fault. Romo should be a top 10 QB. He's just awful right now, though.

TAINT TAINT TAINT TAINT!!! :lol :lol :lol
Garrett isn't the one telling Romo to throw these shitty passes. Blame the poor play set ups on Garrett, but Romo is the one controlling Romo's arm.

How else can you explain such a precipice drop? At this rate, he might benefit from a week off just to get his head straight. He's a mess.
