I think I have been somewhat vindicated in my attacks on Willie Parker. As I said many times the line is making holes, but Parker hasn't been hitting them. I want to see more Moore and Mendenhall in the future if they keep this up.

edit: In fact, I think our line has played pretty damn well so far this year. They are giving Ben time more often than not. Most of the sacks have been on him this year, unlike last year when it was like a sieve.

I agree. Coaches need to get him to cut back more, dude has shown he can do it better than of our other backs. I am hoping he continues to get better the more he plays.

Parker has shit the bed for quite some time going back to last season and the poor bastard can't seem to stay healthy anymore. I feel bad for him too because he needs to start producing ASAP if he wants to be a starter with any team next season.

He didn't play too badly against the Bengals, I'm just trying to say that there's no point in getting hyped over our line and running back destroying mediocre defenses. I need to see it consistently and against some solid defenses before I crown anyone.

Well running Parker hasn't done shit. I feel we had more success running last year when we were using Moore than Parker, expect against the Browns and Bungles last year when they couldn't play defense where Parker would beast.

It is still Parker's job to lose, but if he doesn't start producing and Moore and Mendenhall continue to do doing more with the ball then we need to start giving him the ball less.
