You know, with how strange the GAFParty appeared to be, I'm saddened that the known 3-4 Madden Vets who live somewhere over in that West Coast thing, decided not to partake in Rockband and 16 year old Singers. Least you guys could have done was yell at each other to cover the flats.

GG CB, got pretty interesting at the end there. I don't know why the hell Cassell threw that first pick at the beginning of the 2nd half. WAY overthrew the RB right to your CB. What I don't like about this game is the curl routes. You have to wait until the WR actually makes his move and turns around. You can't time it or the QB throws like he is running a streak. That last throw was supposed to be behind the WR so he would make his curl move and the ball would be right there. IDK though...

Second straight shutout on D for me. :D

This is far and away the best Giants team I've ever used. Way better than last year or the year after the SB.

guys the start date is listed as sept. 5, but to be honest it really can't start until they release that first patch fixing the audibles system and (hopefully!) improving the gameplay. at least if they fix the audible system there will be less issues. as it is now there are a couple people not wanting to play until it's fixed so we'll see.

the league needs to have 32 people because you do not want to play the CPU on all-madden! or maybe you do!

The audible system or strat pad?

Strat pad was always something that was only going to be a matter of time.

FMT trying to confuse people

The option of using the old system instead of Strat Pad is in the next patch. After switching back and forth from NCAA and Madden, this will be a welcome addition. My brain is always confused in the first 5 mins of either game :|

what i will likely do in regards to disconnects is if you are CLEARLY going to win a game, and your opponent disconnects, i will wait until all other games have been finished and then allow you to play the CPU on all pro.

That's every route in the game, the passing game needs a complete overhaul. So tiring seeing people who would be wide open, not make their cut because you throw in anticipation.

I've actually gotten comfortable with the strat pad and I loathed it in the demo...

You used to be able to choose which way you threw the ball. If you threw like normal, you would just lead the receiver to wherever he was running or you could hold a button (I think it was L2 on PS2) and it would throw in anticipation of the route.

Of course it was taken out of the game. See also: formation subs.

gg FMT. I know you must've been frustrated that I was shutting you down after Gore's TD run, but I wish you didn't quit out early. I wouldn't have tried to run the score up, it was already 21-7 and it was pretty much over. I just wanted to get the video of (finally) a completed seam pass to a WR--ahead of a corner but in front of the safety. It was beautiful. ;(

don't worry, next time we play i'll audible my slot wr to a quick comeback everytime since i think you CB blitzed your nickle CB at least 90% of the time :lol

if alex smith didn't have such a damn slow release i would have burned it so many times. but he has his loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong windup. might have to go with nate davis :(

oh this explains a lot.

glad they're letting you use the old audible system with the next patch. learning the new one was annoying and distracting, especially since it offered no additional benefits whatsoever
