Guess I know how the ladies feel on this site now about stalkers. Same girl has viewed my profile every day this week, has sent me 2 messages, and has IM'ed me twice more. Haven't responded to her, yet she keeps on doing it.

That makes sense. It makes even more sense to not tell the other person, since men on OKC have a tendency to simply snap and become an instant douche once they realize there isn't a chance with the girl. I'm not saying any Gaffers are like this, but I am certain some of the guys on that site are certainly like that.

I had a situation like that when I first had an Okcupid account. She eventually found me at a Starbucks when I was tucked away reading a novel, which was The Hunger Games.

The conversation became very awkward, since I was more interested in The Hunger Games... I got a message from her later that evening regarding hanging out too.

The thing was she was fairly decent looking, but she was very on the right (I'm slightly on the right too, but she was sipping tea with the Tea Baggers), so I always ignored her. Our match was in the mid 20%.

Damn, that is crazy. It would be awesome if she ended up being a +80% match.

Also, thanks for the advice Devo, I feel much better now that I know where I can improve.

Well, I might as well put my profile up to the scrutiny of GAF. I'm down in the dumps anyway so I figure it won't hurt as bad when you guys destroy me and my profile. Please be brutally honest. I can take it.

I've been on there for a while and I've sent a good chunk of messages and I've rated people and all that stuff. I seem to get nowhere at all. It's probably just me. I need to make some changes. As for the obvious stuff, I know I need to lose weight, grow hair on top of my head, and play less video games. I'm working on it.

change the profile pic. Your other pics show what a guy you are, like fun, you are smiling and socialising and stuff. But your profile pic looks a bit creepy.

The only other thing that stood out: "PC (built it myself)" too nerdy!

I can access the mod screen too, but I don't recall ever getting a message about it. I rarely check it, but I get the feeling it could use more buttons for things actually worth blocking.
I did come across a flagged profile with dick pics once, that was "easy" to deal with.
