because its like a job interview, a crapload of applicants all trying to get in a girls life and pants. So you have to be better and more witty then the guy in front of you and behind you.
Edit: Ratings unlock people. By default you are limited, by being rated 5 stars other 5 stars are unlocked to you. And in Cali. that's pretty big pool hidden off.

This is directed at many profiles I've seen so don't feel alienated. Saying you guys are x, y or z should be exhibited by your pics and the vibe of your profile. Just saying it leaves me to think "yeah I'll be the judge of that, thanks."

I just went on a match search today, something I don't really do often. I decided to look at black females, and speaking of the ones I saw, it made me sad that either 1) they almost always had a high enemy rating with me (15%+) usually due to them being too conservative and/or religious, or 2) they mostly or exclusively want white or Asian guys.

I noticed the filter before but.Yeah, its a huge investment in time. Major numbers game etc . . . I admit tho it's helped me with dealing with a part of rejection in the form of ladies that stop messaging you after 2-3 times.

Match huh, it sorta seemed like OKC was more quality over quantity which Match seemed like. I've been getting lots of emails from Match but it seems like accessible only if I paid or something.
I don't see the point in paid dating sites. Why would women pay for something they can get for free. Plus they may get getter quality men cos they may be willing to pay but the gender ratios are likely to still be shitty for men.

For those that have had success with Okcupid, how long do you tent to keep your initial contact messages. I've kept mine on the short side, and try to incorporate some humor. Is this a good strategy?
Yes. 3 to 4 sentences. Witty comment about their profile and give them a question to respond to.

somewhat. Quick match is really random women/men from the site. The problem with quick match and quiver matches is that they don't discriminate. They will show you a person who hasn't signed in in over a year one second, show you a signed in person the next. You might get shown someone who is great, only to discover they last signed in march of 2009. So you might see girls who are rated 4 stars, years ago, while your match search is only set for "logged in within the month."

I did. I have my cockatiel in my shoulder. I don't think it's as effective as a Dog or Cat though. I could try with my Cat but that would be like pulling teeth with him.

If you messaged her knowing the distance, then should go and see how you vibe together. No need to rush 50 today, but make a trip of it. Plan a few things to do and have her he just another reason to be around the area, that way if shes terrible or you just don't click then nothing is wasted.
