The dragon could be Wano. In that Wanted volume that has old Oda one-shots there is one where a Samurai called Ryuma defeats a dragon. Ryuma has appeared in One Piece and is a Hero of that country, sooo... yeah.
革命軍 means revolutionary army

I need to get the One Piece manga boxsets and re-read the series. I haven't re-read it ever. I'm still on my first read since 2004. That said, I've watched the anime twice.

That awkward moment when I once told myself that I'd pay w/e price for the entire anime series once it concluded, but now the anime's pacing is shit, so...

Man it's been years now and I still haven't warmed up to Franky's post-timeskip design

Pre-timeskip Franky is way superior

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.
Prefer timeskip:

Luffy
Zoro
Robin
Law
Usopp

Prefer old style:

Nami
Brook
Chopper

Cool both ways:

Sanji

Absolute shit design:

Timeskip Franky

I vastly prefer Soul King Brooke, in look and attitude. Toned back on the silly a bit and blew out the musician into a rock star.
His new abilities are probably the best of the entire crew (and they should be because he did basically nothing pre-timeskip) but I prefer his old design. Everyone was more simple back then, but all he got was a guitar and some fancy ruffle things that just look goofy.

Edit: Nami's new abilities are a massive improvement as well. Usopp I'm kind of iffy on, same with Chopper. They both got pretty weird, but they did need a power up.

We can handle this situation if you want. Defuse you like Konami defused the IP your avatar is modeled after

Ohhhhh Ohhhhh. Oh no. Bomberman act zero defused bomberman a long time ago. It still hurts. But furthermore, that's a low blow, son. Low blow.

Edit: At least I know Bomberman has more Ws under his belt than Sanji ever will in his life.

Bomberman has the biggest L

The L of irreverence

Sanji biggest W is of relevance

Seriously bomberman 64 was a fun game

Lmao, I actually forgot she got another new weapon back in Zou. So much shit has happened...
Jokes aside I want to see what's so different about it. The sorcery climatact seemed like her final one. Meanwhile franky is building a weapon to take on kaido, and zoro Probably getting some wano training

I've grown accustomed to timeskip Franky, but I think the look works better with a more monotone color scheme instead of the garish red, blue, and yellow.

His Dressrosa attire is great because it's a mostly black suit with a gun-shaped hair combo.

Prefer Timeskip:

Luffy (love the scar)
Nami (love the cheesecake)
Usopp (Mansopp, plus specializing his skillset further)
Brook (less about visually and more about reinventing his skillset)

Neutral:
Sanji

Negative:
Zoro (never a fan of permanent deformities, as in loss of a limb or eye, unlike scars)
Chopper (got kidified)
Robin (her old look was subtly distinct among Oda's women, now she's a Hancock clone).
Franky (like Robin said at Sabody, he's basically not even human any more).

The only thing I really dislike about Franky is that his "strongest form" is when he's inside General Franky.

Wait until he turns the whole ship into a mecha. In any case, for me:

Luffy: Time skip, scar looks badass.
Zoro: I don't mind either.
Usopp: New one is much better. He has a cool weapon too.
Sanji: I don't mind either, biggest change was facial hair I'd say. It suits him.
Name: it depends. Her body looks hideous some times they do fan service shoots because it looks like she is anorexic. It's more noticeable now due to her oficial "suit" using a bikini and some jeans that have a low cut. But she has a new outfit at the beginning of each arc so I don't mind it. I like her clothes in WCI. Since she wears a corset her tiny waist doesn't look as out of place.
Chopper: he went from accidentally adorable to 5 years old. His new hat looks weird, I like the colours, but it's rounder which is weird.
Robin: her new oficial clothes are basically her going back from holidays. She changes clothes quite often, so it doesn't matter. Or hair was better, she looked unique. She still looks unique from time to time, there are a lot of details in her face than set her apart of other women. Like her eyes, nose... but most of the time Oda doesn't take the time to flesh them out. Boobs are too big and waist too small, but she doesn't wear bikinis so it's not as ugly.
Franky: I don't know what to say. Being able to change his haircut whenever he wants is cool. His powers are good. But I think he is too big, colours are a bit off and shoulders are way too big. I liked the hawaiian t-shirt and swimsuit style, he looked like a pervert. A mixed bag overall.
Brook: I dunno. I didn't like Brook until 2 chapters ago.

And Oda doesn't know how to make butts either. They're awfully tiny and plain. Man, his drawing style for women is soooo weird.

Lmao same. Well I didn't like hate him or anything, but this arc has made him so cool. Like the ice powers were alright and all, but whenever he uses his soul for stuff, I'm like nice...

And then yea, the first Straw Hat to face off against a Yonko is a pretty big deal.

And it's gonna be off-screened.

Design talk, eh. Well, what the hell. Won't go too much in depth, but meh

Luffy: I always thought his character was blandly designed. Of all the characters in the series, he feels closest to being a blank slate hero in terms of design. I just find him boring.
Zoro: He's the most 'badass' designed character, which people who enjoy OP's silliness find boring. Luckily, since I have the opposite of that preference, he's probably the best designed of the crew for me. Post time skip gets a larger torso is an improvement I didn't expect. I think his scar with stitches look is shit, but other than that, I like him.
Usopp: Post time skip is clearly superior.
Sanji: All he ever dresses in is suits. He's boring.
Nami and Robin: Too sexually objectified for anything else to matter, really. It doesn't help that they're constantly changing their attire every arc, so while the guys havea "pre and post" time skip look with some variations, these girls get a new outfit every arc if not more often, so there's kind of an element of overchoice.
Chopper: His only good look was his monster form before he gained control of it. Chopper's monster form when he's not in control is terrifying. In control, he's goofy as fuck.
Franky: Bizarrely, I don't hate his outrageous look. Maybe it's because I was a fan of ace ventura when young. Either way, he's fun, but I think his post time skip is a downgrade.
Brook: I remember one fan art of him depicting Brooke's design more realistically and it looked really good. In OP, I hate it. I prefer his TimeSkip look. But I think it's more that I just hate OP's cartoony aesthetic.
Pudding: The greatest.
