The card game rules:
Win condition:
If the opponent is at 0 HP and receives damage again (while he/she is at 0 HP).
If the opponent is unable to draw another card.
It appears that if an accident has occurred the condition for the victory can change.
There's a main deck and an accident deck.
The main deck contains 40 cards and can't have more than 4 copies of the same card.
It has to have 12 or more 0 cost character cards.
2 accident occurrence cards.
You can't have an accident card in there.
The accident deck has 3 accident cards with different names.
Before beginning the game:
Shuffle the main deck.
Decide who starts off with rock, paper, scissors.
Draw 6 cards from the top of the deck.
You can put back any number of cards you like back on top of the deck, then shuffle and then draw that number of cards.
Place 6 cards from the top of the deck face down as HP
Show the cards of the accident deck to your opponent and place them in the accident area.
Edit:
Flow of the turn
1) Begin turn
2) Draw phase. 1 Draw means 1 card, 2 draw means drawing 2 cards... (Let's draw one!)
3) Strategic withdrawal phase. You can place your character that's at the scene in the area you like. (At times it is necessary to take a step back/withdraw)
4) Main phase. (Let's prepare for battle) You can do actions (a) and (b) in any order you like.
a) Dispatch a character card from your hand to the scene. In a single turn you can dispatch 2 characters. There's a maximum of 3 allowed at the scene. Attention: the person who starts off can only place 1 character maximum on the first turn.
b) You can use an ability listed under "main". There's "event (main)", "Killer technique (main)" and "activation main".
5) Battle phase (attack with your characters!)
To attack you can put a "lively" character to "exhausted".
If the attack is not defended against you do damage to the opponent.
Attention: the person who started off the game can't attack on the first turn.
You can use "battle" abilities.
There is: "event (battle)", "killer technique (battle)", "activation (battle).
If there's no attack go to the end phase.
6) End phase
If you have 8 or more cards in hand, discard to 7.
Every character becomes "lively" again. So do the opponents characters.
Edit 2:
The flow of the battle phase:
1) The indicate attacker step. (Choose a character to attack with)
Choose a "lively" character, put it to "exhausted" and attack the opponent.
Attention: You can't aim to attack any of the opponents characters.
2) The indicate defending characters step. (The opponent chooses characters to defend with)
The opponent can defend with "lively" characters.
The opponent can defend with 2 or even 3 characters at the same time.
3) "Battle" utilization step. (You will be able to use abilities with "battle" next to them)
You can alternate the below actions one by one as much as you like.
If you or the opponent doesn't continue with actions move to the next step.
"Event (battle) ... if you didn't use "event (main)" you can only use this one once!
"Killer technique (battle) Every character can only use this once per turn.
"Activation (battle)" ... Every character can only use this once per turn.
4) Battle clean up step
4.1) Damage check
If the attack was not defended against then the defending player receives 1 damage.
The player who received damage turns 1 HP card face up and does the following to resolve it:
If it's a character card then pay the cost and you can dispatch it. If you don't do that put it on the discard pile
If it's an event then the trigger ability will be put into action.
If from the face down HP cards an "accident occurrence" card is turned over then the game is thrust into joint battle mode!
4.2) Battle check
If the attack was defended against then compare the power!
The side with the lower power is repelled! If the power is the same both sides are repelled!
If multiple characters are defending then the attacking side compares the total power with his power. And vice versa.
Example: If two power 1000 characters defend against an attack from a power 1500 character then then the attacking character is repelled but also both defending characters are repelled.
5) Battle end step
The effects assigned during this battle disappear.
After that if you want to battle again then return to the (1) Indicate attackers step.
