God that was such a good episode! It had impeccable pacing. Man. Tatiana continues to amaze me with how well she can act. Tatiana acting as Sarah pretending to be Cosima... mindblown.gif. So fucking good. Loved seeing Allison too. Cracked up when she lashed out with a rape whistle and mace at her would-be captors lol. Can't wait for next week!

Where did Sarah find time to get here nose pierced?
It doesn't matter. :p

Fun episode, I guess this season is going to be religion vs capitalism. The highlight was Sarah tearing a hole in a wall like a proper badass.

God, the Canadian tagline is so dumb: "Black is Back"

Who is in charge of Space (the channel) in Canada? Seriously.

Fantastical

Death Prophet
Really unsure about these cult people, but good premiere. Sarah vs. Rachel was great. Although Alison getting kidnapped was just downright silly.

The teaser for Intruders looks interesting... should I get my hopes up about it being good?

RatskyWatsky

Hunky Nostradamus
What a great fucking premiere. Jesus. Why can't every show be Orphan Black? This episode had EVERYTHING.

Alison with the mace and the whistle, omg. :lol

That scene had me in stitches! It may have been the funniest scene of the series to date, which is saying something.

I was a fool to doubt Ratskydamus.

I literally yelled and burst into applause when Helena appeared on screen. FUCK YES

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Clip on?

Alison's rape whistle was bedazzled :D

lmao of course it was!

Really good premiere episode, but I feel like the religious nut angle of the story remains the weak link. The show is strongest when it focuses on the genetics angle

Helena is a product of that, but she really is almost a 3rd party as far as allegiances go

"playing" dumb? unpossible
Allison, best clone by a mile. That kidnapping scene was something special. I knew Helena wasn't dead.

Personally Cosima is my favorite but there's no denying that Alison is the best clone.

Tatiana is such a phenomenal actress and I hope she gets even more recognition this year. Her potrayal of each clone is something else. And yeah, the purpose is to have each clone be their own person but the way she pulls it off is out of this world. Spectacular.

Banshee and Helix started a terrible trend with the hash-tag thing. Bloody annoying, more so than the usual BBCA logo...

Anyway, fantastic episode. Great to have the show back.

The final few minutes of the episode were intense. I was literally screaming when Helena appeared on screen. I had accepted her death ages ago, and she was nowhere in the trailers, sneak peaks or promos... I was blown away.

That might be one of the best episodes of the shows yet. It was just fantastic. Having Helena back is going to be exciting! This confirms again that Sarah also has this regenerative healing power. I also liked that Art is now on Sarah's side. Helping her is going to be better than him being suspicious of her like last season.

Wasn't Helena shot in the head? Am I remembering that wrong that or did they retcon it to being shot in the chest?

Mid torso

Where the duct tape was when she stumbled into the hospital.

With all the Alison and Cosima love let's not forget Sarah, the series' kind of protagonist. This whole episode she was running rings around her enemies.

-Breaks down a wall when cornered
-Trolls Dyad with skater decoy
-Sends Dyad chasing after Alison
-Goes to Dyad as Cosima and even fools Delphine at first
-Lifts Leekie's acces card from right under his nose
-Scares the hell out of Rachel and smacks Paul in the face for good measure
-Gets Art to help her out, a valuable ally to have

It's interesting how they are not making Sarah be as funny as Alison or charming as Cosima to keep her distinct. You can see it when Ramon comes by, Cosima is putting on her best smile and wave while Sarah just looks like 'who the fuck are you'. It makes Sarah unlikeable but on the whole it's probably a good thing she is so different.

Yeah, agreed. All very good points. Sarah may be unlikable for most, but she's far from what I consider "insufferable." Her demeanor helps make her an even more interesting protagonist.

HOLY SHIT WTF AT THOSE LAST TWO MINUTES I THOUGHT FOR SURE
I WAS NEVER GONNA SEE HERE AGAIN BRILLIANT MOVE NOT TO MENTION HER AT ALL IN THE PROMOS LEADING UP TO THE PREMIERE WTFFFF I FLATLINED WHEN HER SIGNATURE MUSIC CAME ON #DEAD #DEAD #DEAD

At the community theater rehearsals --

The director mentions Aynsley, and you see a subtle tension in Alison's face.

No dialogue whatsoever, but you can tell the guilt is almost consuming her.

Brilliant acting.
