Are you guys with the lock icon starting the game with the same account that owns it?

I noticed when I bought a game from another account last week that it was locked until I started it with the purchasing account once to activate the license.

Downloading now :D

Thank goodness for these free indie games. If Sony does this every month, I'll rarely have to worry about dry spells for PS4.

You probably need to do the renew licenses thing to get them to work. Happens once in awhile for some folks.

So the game finished downloading and installing. I go to play only to be told I don't have the license for it. Okay, I'll just restore it. Nope, getting an error every time I try to restore my liscenses. I'll just wait till tomorrow.

That's what I assumed too. The web store just keeps logging me out every five seconds.

Oh well, wouldn't play it until tonight anyway so the download can wait until I get home.

I'm at work, finally got the game added to my account, now I'm trying to remotely start the download (my roommate has turned on my PS4), and it's giving me all kinds of trouble. Doesn't show that it's actually linked.

Why is it that every time I want to purchase something online and have it ready for me when I get home, PSN is down ? Seriously, this was how it was suppose to work right ?

Very disappointed with Sony. Their PS app is garbage and the PSN store is a fucking joke. I've tried to buy games off of PSN and have had it refuse to take my money on multiple occasions. What a joke.

The store is sucking so hard right now. Finally got it to dl, but I was trying for a solid 10 minutes after I could see it on the store.

I keep getting the error "sorry this cannot be downloaded at this time"

So of course I tried about 4 times before giving up. I then got spammed this it's now downloading. I'm assuming the ps+ price has kicked in right? I don't want to be charged once, let alone 4 times. It didn't even ask me to add it to the cart, it just started downloading.

I've actually managed to get it further than that, to the point I've checked out the game and it's not kicking me out any longer. Whenever I choose the "download to PS4" button it says it can't.

edit: OK, that button has disappeared, so I guess it's in my download queue now, but I can't access that list from the site, and I'm guessing nothing will download until I install firmware 1.60.

To those who are having the lock issues, are you making sure the second download is installed? Go to notifications, dowloads, and there should be a smaller file waiting to install. I started it from there and it worked out.

Apologies if this was covered or that update automatically installed upon game startup.

Edit: Also try restoring your licenses in settings. Again, apologies if covered already. Also, the score at the brightness settings reminds me of Bioshock.

It just seems to be luck right now in regards to whether or not your download will start. Keeps booting me off the store both on the PS4 and the site.

Just got home from work. Updated the firmware and now downloading Outlast. Going to wait to play until I have a quiet house at night to play in the dark. :0

I was finally able to restore my liscense. I don't think I'm gonna play this right now. I'll just watch streams of the game for now.

Can SonyGaf confirm if a headphone jack splitter would work on the ds4 controller? I want to plug in two desperate headphones into the controller, so I can play with my gf tonight!!! Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!

It really is absurd. I can't believe their online infrastructure is still this bad, the store doesn't update on a specific schedule, etc.

AGREED! Sony's PSN is pathetic. I swear I've had more problems in the last 6 months on PSN than I had a total 5 years with xbox live.
