You guys want to talk about buffing/nerfing/changing things?

I'd like to find a way to force Hanzos and Widows to move. Like, if you stand in a back corner of the map for more than a minute without having killer something, you're considered AFK and kicked.

the matchmaking really likes putting people in your friendslist with you even if not in a party. been matching up with a lot of friends randomly

I'm hoping they put up a second demo - maybe a demo weekend or something. I didn't even know the beta was happening, missed it. Not willing to drop Uncharted 4 money on a MP only game that might give me motion sickness, too much of a risk. I'm only interested because I'd like to use Mercy, always enjoyed support.

I figured at this point the game was putting me in matches against like minded people after so many games, but the last game I played had one guy having fun ringing some bells and later maybe the same guy just hanging back doing......something.

Does anyone auto-quit when they see their team trying to all pick the same hero? That shit stopped being funny and cute to me in 2007 when playing TF2.

I just auto drop and find another game, ain't no one got time for that.

I went against an all McCree team once. It did not go well for them, but hearing IT'S HIGH NOON three times in a row was pretty funny.

Went against an all Winston team today. Didn't go well for them either.

Am I just really unlucky? By level 17 I've apparently gotten 2 pink drops and no orange drops. I just doublechecked, and 100% of the skins I've gotten are the lowest tier.

I used to quit a lot more often, but then I found out the game is really strict on quitters. Getting slapped with a -75% exp penalty sucks, even if it's because you got matched into a really shitty game and you didn't want to eat a loss that wasn't your fault. Biggest gripe with the game so far.

No, I play the game to have fun and sometimes being silly can be fun, won a game where we all picked Roadhog and it was a blast

O fucking K. What's up with everyone thinking they are hot shit snipers now? Just finished a game with 3 snipers that refused to change characters. We obviously had our shit pushed in and at the end two of them said, "why weren't you guys getting on the payload?" WHAT? Kinda hard to do when all six of the other team is on it and you miss a ton. With that said, one sniper got play of the game and most of the play he missed shots and only killed two people. With that said....

Blizzard really needs to work on play of the game footage. I killed 3 people with Winston, raged and knocked a fourth off the map in 10 secs yet the missing sniper was play of the game.

You're just like me. I only got one epic drop and 0 legendaries, while being lvl 20. >_>

How are you supposed to float and aim with Pharoh on the PS4?

Also, how can you tell if you are starting on offense or defense on the character select screen? Am I just blind and missing it?

The GPU wouldn't be a problem, is a gtx 970, the only doubt is about the CPU, I have an i5-2500 3.30 Ghz.
Opinions?

Tell me about it! I played as Genji last night, cleared a capture point of 4 people with my special for a quad kill, and who gets POTG ? A Bastian that sat in one spot and got a shutdown kill..

Feels bad man.

I literally slept all day lol. These graveyard shifts man, eventually you get to a point where you just crash all day. I basically woke up, took a shower and came to work again, I havent eaten all day heh. Ill order something here I guess.

L2 by default has her using the float.

I would highly recommend changing Lucio's controls so you can actually wall run and aim, though.

Apparently you can break Reinhardt's rush by hooking him as Roadhog. Our Roadhog just saved my life this way, as I was in Reinhardt's grasp and heading towards a wall as Lucio. One second I was dead, the next our Roadhog had Reinhardt on the line, shooting him in the face. Thanks!

It seems pretty scalable, as expected for a game that intends to be wide appeal. That said, you're hardly running garbage. You should have no trouble crushing it.

Dude just keep track of her movements. If you can do that, you should be able to get the drop on her out of rewind. It always feels great dealing damage to Tracer knowing she can't heal it back. She is so frail anyway. I can't support any nerf for tracer other than maybe a 5%-10% damage reduction on her guns.

Man sometimes it makes me mad how nobody will pick the required heroes (Lucio/Mercy and Reinhardt/Winston/Zarya. I feel like your team is much worse if a pair of that isn't around so I pretty much consider them "required") so I'm forced to. I mean I want to win but sometimes I also want to practice playing a new hero. Like I just went 5-6 defensive rounds without being able to pick Widowmaker which is a hero I want to get better at. I guess I could just pick her but I hate losing.

hate pugs sometime, they want to play junkrat, fine I let them and they are the most passive stand back junkrat ever, and we lose because of it.

Had a game last night where this happened unplanned. We were all randoms to eachother and had zero communication between us, and somehow a chain reaction occurred where we all picked Torbjorn. It was a defense match so we all set up an army of turrets outside the attackers base.

It went well.

For the first two minutes.

Midmatch we had all switched characters but we still got rekt'd. It was incredible how quickly things went from them not being able to advance at all to just fucking annihilating us.

Yeah, Pharah's defaults are fine on PS4, but Lucio, Mercy, Genji, Tracer, and other speedy, mobile characters benefit from jump on a shoulder button. I also put "next weapon" onto L3 for Mercy and Torbjorn.

Been watching some competitive Overwatch last week or so and i'm really enjoying it. Perfect marriage of FPS and Moba. FPS games sometimes suffer while spectating because the stuff you are supposed to look for isn't very flashy, good aim and team strats. Overwatch's Moba like ult's and combos make the game very fun to watch. Lot of crazy stuff happens and the fact the meta switches around a lot also makes it more interesting. Really hope the game takes off in the esports scene.
