Seriously, if you wanna play Winston go watch how high level players like Miro just move around. They can be in a fight and they will just hit leap on CD constantly to avoid damage and get healing. If you can jump around major sightlines and keep target selection a problem it'll be fine.

Nope, a lot (if not all) of the CTF map variants take place on different times of day.

I'd love them to add in those variants to the normal modes, it would freshen up a lot of those maps.

All 3 Ilios and Nepal maps are during the day, all 3 Oasis maps are during sundown, and all 3 Lijiang maps are during night (though close to dawn I believe).

Oh wait, CTF maps. Sorry. I misread.
While it would be nice, I think they're gonna keep them as CTF variants.

Between Bastion making it through the PTR and the broken patch on console I think I'll be waiting a little while to complete my placement matches and play Horizon in the meantime.

To add to the above -- he's easily CC'd if you can plan around saving CC ults specifically for him. We all know hitting Ana sleep darts will be a tall order around mid/mid-high ELO, maybe not in pro play. Reminds me of when shatter had to be saved for beyblade Reaper.

The thing about bastion though is that his hitbox is massive. He's definitely one of the easier targets to sleep.

Just played a game with the new bastion, his new mechanics while not in turret mode make him much more viable. Decreased spread and 5 extra bullets are awesome, and his walking heal is cool too.

I wasn't good with Bastion before the update, but right now, he doesn't seem that great. The sentry adjustments really, really hurt his long range DPS potential. Recon mode gun is better but not amazing.

Yeah, it remains to be seen at the highest level of play, but Bastion shouldn't be the game-breaking shitshow we were worried about. He crumples under a little focus fire and is still by far the most effective when unexpected.

All the pro teams are either building their teams around him or straight up banning him from their scrim matches. We know what they highest level thinks of him and how good he is, and he'll be even better at lower ranks. I've got a very bad feeling about the incoming meta at all levels if he stays as is.

That's pretty cool, they're one of my favorite teams... the reason being is that I come from a quake 3 background and these guys basically rep my set! I know they had a lot of struggles with a consistent DPS (honestly they aren't the most composed team...), I hope shadder can help bring out the talent I know they have.
