It's the opposite for me. It's not a huge change, sure, but I think her Meka looks nice. Her dress isn't exactly badly designed or anything either, but I guess I just don't like how it doesn't look like any kind of battle ready costum (not that she's alone in that tho).

I usually use her to dive and distract in 2CP maps. For KOTH, I use her as walking DM to protect my team. For Payloads, it depends on how the enemies are reacting. This usually works for me as long as I get heals and other players are helping me out.

Doing my best DPSStanky impression and alternating between Heal and Speed constantly when being targeted is amazingly effective. I don't understand it exactly but people just can NOT hit me for some reason.

This makes Lucio WAY more fun for me, on top of being aggressive and wall riding more with lots of fun boops

Well imagine if youre tracking something at a certain speed and then they change speed immediately. And then they change it again. And again. And again. It's going to be tough to track.
