just been thinking. we need more heros that can fly and then another tank that can put up a shield/barrier like an umbrella lol.

*edit* and a support hero that increase jump height

make a more viable dive/mobile comp.

And more importantly it diminishes the impact pharah can have in the game, so I say bring it on, whatever to screw over pharah.

it's all about having fun.

I mean i wasnt doing bad, have around 40%~ accuracy with mcree and was doing tons of damage and kills, but I guess Its harder to make a big impact as mcree unless you are like a godly mcree.

Does PotG only show things that happened at the very last second of the very last round? Seems like it's a bit of an amnesiac, forgetting quad-kills in favour of double or single kills that happened at the last second. It's a cool system but I hope it's something Blizzard are looking intensely at, it doesn't seem to work right.

I want the guy on the old concept art, he has a pair of propellers on his back and an electric cannon as his weapon. So a flying hurrasing hero that doesn't step on Pharahs play style would be cool.

the flying hero will have hitscan railgun. the gun shot frequency/bullet per sec will be like the revolver for mccree but you get huge recoil after each shot that push you backward. really good aiming (skills) to use.
then give it a shotgun burst like cd ability like roadhog's alt fire to make it slightly easier for people to use. tho it needs charge up time to burst. i'll say give it the same timeframe similar to what hanzo need to hold his arrow to get full charge arrow. also no recoil for the ability, so that its a high risk/high reward like feel for people to shoot you down if you wiff or use it at a bad time (like pharah's ult).
 
Legit low masters is the first time ive ever thought if people are boosted.

Rein is nano'd and shatters whole team. Puts shield up after.
Walked through his shield twice to kill zen and mccree.
Watches his team die infront then stands there while genji and reaper kill him.

Perfect case in point for a game I just played! - Enemy team absolutely steamrolled us on Eichenwalde, my team responded by quitting en-masse leaving me and one other on our own. Play of the Game went to a Hanzo ganking the pair of us as we came out of spawn. Like what? In the entire actual match there was nothing better than a lame Hanzo double-kill on stationary targets?

I don't think it's the quantity, it's just that the tanks and healers don't feel as engaging as DPS to most people. People don't play Rein because they find him "boring." Same with Lucio. (I love both btw) They want to be able to make flashy plays and feel their impact in the game, which is hard when your main purpose as those two is to assist others in doing their job.

I think they need to look at Ana's design for future supports on how to make them engaging, but hopefully as overpowered. Hitting a sleep dart feels good, and can turn the tide of battle by stopping ults, saving people from hooks/charges, etc. Her gun feels good scoped or unscoped. Grenade is useful both offensively and defensively. Other supports pale in comparison
 
Had a great game with Zarya last night, you know you're a problem for the other team when you distinctly play against 3 different Zarya's (they all had different skins so that's why I know). The third Zarya might of been a better Zarya than me (she was so focused on me the whole third round), but she/they didn't recognize the real problem on our team. Our fucking Mercy was too on-point with her healing and damage boosting, you can't forget about Mercy... ever.

I can't get past the 3100's, even on my alt account. Diamonds are forever :(

Yep. It's kind of annoying how on Volskaya and Anubis and Hollywood point B a smart Mercy will just hide back in the spawn hallways if she has Rez. You need someone to camp her and make sure she dies before she can Guardian Angel into Rez or else she'll just make every push worthless.

You even see this at master/high diamond... bizarre how she seems invisible for too many players; then when the inevitable resurrect happens time and again they blame anyone but themselves. Worst offenders are usually two or three stacks not in voice chat playing DPS.

I think this is a pretty endemic problem generally - for a lot of players support heroes are invisible full stop. This works both ways - they'll ignore enemy healers but also fail to protect their own supports at all. Doesn't happen all the time, some of favourite games have been those where supports are noted and backed up on both teams. I was at my friend's recently and he's a Mercy main - the amount of games where he didn't even need to hide. Plain sight healing and boosting and completely ignored. He wasn't complaining for their stupidity.

I will say that it's pretty disheartening to hear it's seen in high level play. I haven't even finished a set of placement matches yet. Season 5 maybe.

Jokes on you, because pumping rounds into the healed target is an easy track to get gold damage.

You still lose but you get gold damage and then you can talk shit over the mic about how you aren't the reason the team lost because you have gold damage.

I take pride in the fact that I go out of my way to hunt Mercy players as Roadhog.

It's funny how often I run into Mercy on Mercy pistol battles, because both teams are ignoring the other for so long that the Mercies just decide to try to take each other out.

so did you 1v1 with other mercy often?
Ya, it's a real Yakety Sax moment. Usually both Mercies end up getting away, because the pistol does shit damage, her HP starts regenning after 1 second, and GA is so good.

It's really just a game of chicken to get the other Mercy to fly away first.

PC. I'm good with Zarya, soldier, pharah and winston. Maybe I should change to heal or something.

What's the trick to being good with Winston? He's fun as hell to play with but I'm not great with him.

Go for the enemy healers (try to jump on them because that causes damage). And then jump back.

Also never go in alone as Winston, you will die in seconds. Wait for your team to engage the enemy, and jump in after.
