I finished it Saturday. Maybe because I was playing non-stop I found the pacing a bit all over the place. Chapter 3 goes for waay too long, I like the idea, but it should've been shorter.

And the ending, my god, on and on and on. Esp the story bits after the final boss fight.

Overall, an 8 for me. It did make me wish Nintendo took more risks with characters like these. Echos of Wisdom feels so hollow when all characters have no character.

Finished chapter 3 few hours ago and agree. Definitely was too long.

Finally finished this. Last boss was a pain to get it right. Super high quality game. Didn’t play it back in the CG time. One of my favourites from this year.
