Oddly enough when you have a +skills piece of equipment, even though YOU know it’ll provide the biggest damage boost, when you go to skills DPS to see the change it’s never higher.

I also really find it hard to see a weapon in the shop that’s yellow and think “hmm maybe this is better damage wise?” But you can’t pull up the skills tab to see what dps may look like so you have to buy it and often get burned.

Oh and maybe I’m lucky but every time I’ve used a vaal orb on a 2 socket weapon it adds a third socket.

Not sure I understand whatever these trials are in act 2. Should I be doing it or them right away? It’s the acent to power quest.

I bought a sex doll, but I keep it inflated 100% of the time and use it like a regular wife

They are ascencion trials. First time you beat one you unlock your ascendacy class, and further clears grant you 2 additional skill points for the class.

It's optional, but highly recommended.

I'll try this again tonight, had issues with it consistently freezing/crashing on PC a minute or so after launching it. Looked into the issue and the devs are aware of it.

It's odd because it worked fine (for the most part) last weekend and Monday.

Thanks! So when you beat your first ascencion trial do you have to choose your ascendancy right away? Don’t really know which way I want to go yet.

So watching MrLlamaSC video he says the loot increased by a lot in the latest patch. Haven't played myself the newest patch but i'm gonna try it out today.
Here's a screenshot of his video. Just for reference a 45 degree line is the optimal balance.

Yes, you choose it right after you beat it.

I haven't managed yet, but is there a way to go to the active/support skill menu outside of clicking an uncut skill/support gem? I don't mean my skill, but the all skills available.

I just ascended to Strormweaver and I don't know why :messenger_beaming: (partially lying, as I only saw people going Stormweaver so the other must be very broken)

Not that I know of, you can't even remap a key in the options to open it.

So, a co-worker started playing and I was talking about how I was struggling a bit as a Necromancer/Witch.
He was going to try witch as well yesterday (he was only a lvl 6 monk) and today he told me he had a support skill that makes minions explode when they die.

I asked him how he got it, because I only could unlock 2 shitty support skills.
So his answer was "I just checked support skills for each skill".

I completely ignored the tabs in the support skill menu.... up until lvl 24...
No wonder I was struggling on bosses and mobs.

So now that I know how to properly make builds, the game became a lot easier. Lol
Necromancer is pretty dope and powerful.

Reminds me of the time when I realised there was a run button on OG Res Evil back on the PS1 right at the end of the game.

Yes that is important. I think there should be more active tooltips that remind players this.

I think this is a bit better on the gamepad UI. Aside from a tab for each skill, you get a tab for all the support str skills, and the same for dex and int.

I haven't delved too much into this, been using recommendations and so far so good.

On keyboard, I believe it's [G] by default. For myself I've remapped it to something far away from the WASD/QERFV zone for safety.

Edit: On controller it's probably under one of the radial menus, either the BACK or START toggled ones?

On PC you press K, it opens the Cosmetics menu (it's in the Microtransaction shop).
For many of the "How Do I Get To x Screen" questions, the cheat is to mouse-press the ≡ menu on the mid-left hand side of the bottom UI bar near the lifeglobe. It will pop up a menu of the available screens and the currently associated keybinds (which you can ofc change in the Options>>Input section)

we mean the screen that shows all available skill/support gems when you rightclick a gem, not the skill screen (which you find by pressing G)

Those ascendancy challenges of hitting the crystals before time expires must be bugged. Run up to them and the x won’t show to hit em cause I keep targeting the enemies. It’s happened to me about 5 fucking times and I keep failing. Takes the fun right out of it.

Quick early to midgame boss farming tip - The boss in Act 2 Buried Shrines zone (dungeon in Keth) is a pretty good farm. From the Buried Shrines waypoint, it only takes about 3-5 minutes to get to his lair, and after a few runs you'll figure out which way to go. Just keep going up, or to the side and up. On the way there, you'll usually see some blue or yellow chests too.

If you have high fire resist and decent DPS, the fight is pretty easy. There are lots of fire resist rings and gear in the guild stash. The side room after you beat the boss also has a lot of pots than can contain gold, currency orbs, skill gems, or gear.

I noticed this because I was running this boss quite a few times as my goal was to find a boss I can get to quickly in order to test out new builds. I must have killed this guy like 10 times in the last hour lol. That's why there's so much new shit in the stash if anyone noticed.

(I was doing this on Cruel Difficulty, so I'm not sure if this still applies on Normal, but I don't see why it wouldn't)
