Okay I am made a post a few days back about my HDD going to crap.
Well that wasn't it. I have found out that it was my power supply.

I had a Antec TruePower 480watt power supply. 5v not working right anymore :(

Here is my question. If I bought a Antec TruePower 430watt power supply could it power
my PC?

AMD 2800+ overclocked to 400mhz FSB = a AMD 3200+
A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo
BFG GeForce FX 5900XT OC
2*120GB Serial ATA HDD
1*80 IDE HDD
1GB DDR PC3200 Dual Channel
SB live! 5.1
LG 16X DVD Rom
ASUS 16X16 Dual ±R/RW Double Layer
8*80mm case fans

OK, I think this minimum power requirement thing has gone WAY out of hand. With something like true power from Antec, even 380W is fine for your rig.

Minimum of 350W rating thing was set up for all those crappy power supplies out there that sells for $15.
