Your chatroom for your Twitch channel is entirely your responsibility to clean up, and not the staff's or admins', so I really hope we'll see Sony and MS add moderation tools and badges at some point. If you see a particularly nasty chat, feel free to report the channel for not taking care of it. At the very least, it'll get the admins' attention if their help is required.
Oh, and if your only experience with Twitch is playroom streams, you can't possibly know what the rest of the Twitch communities are like. They're nothing like Playroom chats precisely because the streams are nothing like Playroom streams. Most people go to Playroom streams to troll, convince someone to do something stupid, or see someone do something stupid. Many of them might not even go to Twitch regularly if it weren't for the Playroom histeria. In short: Playroom chats are not indicative of the average Twitch chat.
