I'm not sure if I see Shaw and Lionel as a couple. At least it wouldn't be kinda out of the blue sky like Carter and John.
Decima knows the capabilities of the Machine, so it would conceivably know the possible countermeasures. I'm sure they had figured out that somehow Root got assistance from the Machine, which is why they disabled it.Bear Mode>God Mode
Good episode. Only a few episodes left, we're in endgame territory now. I'm really wondering about that mass casualty event now.
How is Greer disabling the security cams and abusing the speakers? Who is the asset he's speaking of?
Writing an episode for a full-on perp is really hard because it would just be a series of "why didn't they just stop him?" or why the villain keeps pulling off Marwan-levels of escapes. And hasn't it been a while since the POI was a perpetrator?
And then Root - redubbed the "Cochlear Cuckoo" this week - got an offer from Greer that was very similar to the one Collier gave to Shaw last week. And I love how the ladies of the team are now being targeted, and sought after, by the two reigning "big bad" groups. All because they have thematic character links to the organizations; Shaw being able to relate to government betrayal and Root being so connected to The Machine. And because, as Greer put it, she "understands what's coming."
Reese was a bit taken aback when Carter used his rocket launcher hijack tactics. She shouldn't be, she more or less pulled that stunt in her 1st episode. Though, I don't think it was from as high.
If Root had just shot John Greer instead of chit chat she wouldn't have been surrounded -.-
Everyone has forgotten about Shaw's Bruce Lee flip in the elevator. That's because as badass as it was, 2 seconds Reese tackled a man out a fucking window down to the pavement. WHAT THE FUCK.
"Join me, and together we could rule the world of information"
Bad news for you, man, the Fantastic Four are already casted for the sequel.
I spontaneously began shipping Shaw/Fusco.
It feels so right.
I can see it.
She didn't want to kill him though. What would be the point of that?
I would also accept them getting really close, building it up, and then kissing and going "EUGH" and becoming super friends
But no, I totally ship them now and want a side story of Fusco trying to woo Shaw.
This is not a good thing.we're so close!!!!
This is true. This is not a good thing.
At least 5 months without POI is painful.
True.This is true.
But the hype towards the next season is sufficient, especially for Gaf!

True.
anyone know when we should be seeing S3's soundtrack, close to season 4?
I thought that was the objective of her mission assigned by the "machine" as, I just saw it as the writers going "oh...she can't kill him, that would be the end of the season".he has all the components to run Samaritan and this was the last resort
Thanks, need Vigilance's theme asap.odds are, yeah, beginning of next year. Season 2's was January, I think.
Soon...
also, saw this on twitter, a rare piece of Caviezel advertising for POI:
:lol
I really wonder how much longer he wants to be on the show, sometimes. Seems like he's been on the backburner since Carter.

Vigilance launches a new attack and the team splits up: Finch and Fusco go to Washington to investigate, while Reese and Sam go to a high school reunion to protect their newest Number.
