one thing I noticed, was the timer was on 400.00 when it started the red (and started counting down)

If that's in hours, that comes out as just over 16 days. 14 days after that episode, will be the finale. So, either the finale will roughly be real time and have "whatever's going to happen" happen, or it's the cliffhanger, and it will be solved at the beginning of season 3.

That was another episode well done. The doctor's story was a good one. But Fusco's flashbacks were even better. Also reminded me of the view episodes I've seen from The Shield. That Stills guy is the Vic Macky of this show :p

listening to the Podcast of Interest, and one of them brought up something I think we speculated. That when next weeks episode starts, it'll start up with "Starting Secondary Protocols" after the Primary shut down at the end of the last one. The Secondary Protocol being "send it all to the backdoor login i.e. Finch.

I remember speculating that when The Machine can't send the government the numbers, it might choose to send them to Finch, for him to do it, cause "it has to get done" is probably one of it's programmed mandates.

I remember the first time we saw the counter, wasn't it also relatively in real time? Something like four months out from the finale.

I thought that was the whole thing with irrelevant numbers and the contingency? There's always a contingency in case of errors.

But I remember you bringing up a potential terrorist plot and Finch and Reese having to deal with it.

Yeah, I want to say that stop gap episode, which had Greer and his phone at the end, was like about a month to 45 days, which ended up being close to May 9th (finale day).

Heard anything on the new set of blue screens?

Just started this series earlier in the week and caught up in a marathon watch.

Really impressed by the series. Really like the various different bad guys and how all the different plot lines twine together.

Also thought how those little cam snippets kept doing some mini bsod thing. Great meta.

Needs more Paige Truco. John needs to get on that.

Are you telling us you have watched nearly two complete seasons in less than a week? I'm impressed :/

And I agree on the matter of Ms. Truco.

I'm going to be honest. When my friend said "Yea there's more of the milf lady later on" it spurred me to just watch it as much as possible.

I am motivated by base needs :(

It's okay.

We all are.

I really am hoping it's a "True" Open World game, towards the GTA style, or even the Sleeping Dog Style. Not in the Assassins Creed style (separate areas, though I never played AC3) I just don't want it to be a "linear" experience. I want to dick around with cops, with the road posts systems, the traffic lights, etc.

Wonder what other things he can do with that phone. Hope that EMP/Phone Jammer from the 1st trailer, can be used anywhere, and not limited to scripted events.

Thinking on that 2nd trailer, where he stops the train to get on, makes me wonder, if there are any train tracks on ground in the game, something you could cause a train to stop and block an intersection (and cut off the cops).

Anna Parisse needs a new agent :lol

I haven't watched the finale of the Following yet. Not sure if my brain is ready for that amount of stupid.

Parisse deserved better than that show.

That would be rad. I hope we are able to use systems and the AI like that.

I had only watched an episode or 2 of that show. It just didn't feel right. Had read a Onion A|V Club review of the finale, and lets just say, it got the first F I've ever seen them give.

It is truly terrible.

Truly... truly... truly terrible.

Watch Hannibal instead if you wanna watch a good, creepy, twisted serial killer drama.

yep.

Already going back to Corvan's chip and Leaked Source Code on a laptop in china!

6 hours passed. Was 20 hours, now 14

I don't know what's going on with this company. Trying to understand the dot matrix printouts and people typing it back in. Or are they typing it in, and printing it. I don't knows

what are you thinking? Are you thinking Thornhill's picture
isn't really him?

Could this be connected to the code glitches since Stanton uploaded the virus.

Has to be, no company does this in real life...right?

funny phone commercial.

Ducarmel: The Machine had created an alias for itself, and used it as a way to tell Finch it's in "mortal danger"
