Bear needs a Dog Vest ASAP

I started piecing it together when Bear was missing, lol. But, man, I didn't expect the Machine to go down so early, thought it would be next episode. Looking forward to closing the season out!

the stat of there being 86%+ "infected" nodes means that the Machine is mostly blocked off from the feeds it needs to work. There was a line bar on Finch's computer, Green to Yellow to Red, and they watched that infected hit the red zone.

Ya, I'm kind of curious how the season ends. I totally expected the machine going down to be the last thing of the season finale.

Holy shit at that ending.

Also..very emotional episode, both Fusco and the doctor.

And "You can't leave me standing here" :D

What a great episode, finally get to see more on Fusco's back story. Really thought he was a goner for a second. For a second there my heart skipped a beat about Bear
thought he died or something :(
.

Love how they've played the story with the machine degrading overtime and cannot wait till next week's episode. Would be interesting to see how the intro works now that the machine is out for the count.

Massive hype!!!

yeah, even I started watching POI late yesterday, and kept going back to the draft during commercials. CBS is sooo stupid. I understand the 2 week break before the episode 2 weeks ago (as March Madness had games on at the POI timeslot) But there wasn't anything that I could see, that would give reason to have another 2 week break (the previous 2 weeks).

Should have done 1 week break, then show last nights show last week, and have another break tonight. Guess they wanted to hold shows back to combat the NFL, but that's a losing strategy. The NFL is like The Grimace. Nothing can kill The Grimace.

Just think, if they hadn't held last nights show for what is almost 1 1/2 months, it would have fit great, with the buildup of Fusco's impending doom and Beecher's fate. Would have made the feels more like FEELS.

Oh, think I found a message board for POI, with at least some discussion.

Holy shit at that episode, amazing. I didn't expect that to happen at least not now. The next thing is gonna be awesome.

Has any other translations of those source code glitches have emerged? I'd love to have a sense of what's happening. Maybe the Machine is being overwhelmed with spam info.

it's been yellow a long time, probably since the pilot

Yep, since
Finch told John that he got his info from the Machine, his square has been yellow all the time. And that was in the Pilot.

So are we in for more breaks? I can't stand it. Good episode. So, Carter helps Fusco out? And I didn't even notice that three people successively died until Reese mentioned it. What the hell is happening to the Machine?

Nope 2 episodes left, one next week and the finale the week after.

Phenomenal episode. Finally, Fusco gets his moment in the sun after he was rather underutilized for a lot of this season (I thought anyways). He did great work in the flashbacks and in the present day as he thought his life was almost at an end. An almost resigned dignity. And that scene in the bathroom with Carter, Chapman did fantastically. Good to see Carter finally have Fusco's back. He's a genuinely good person, and I hated how Carter at first refused to acknowledge that he's capable of change.

The plot with the doctor was great. The actor did a fantastic job. Loved the confrontation with the head of the hedge fund. That guy was such a shit the entire time, until the polonium reveal. One of the best things this show does is have that moment of catharsis. That asshole got what he had coming, and I loved every second of it.

Finally, the Machine! It falling apart, that shit is scary.

Allison Scagliotti, I love you (and I love the whole brunette thing), but that nose ring was lame.

POI did a 2.4 last night, a series low.

ugh.

I hope everything rebounds. This and Hannibal were both down, and I blame... sports.

I know what this show needs: more weeks off.

NFL Draft

Every show had either a season or series low last night except for Scandal because guys don't watch Scandal. Or shows on the CW that aren't Supernatural.

Ugh.

Fantastic episode.

A beautiful shot. I loved that moment, as sad as it was.
