One daying dungeons isn't possible unless you're playing on easy or really attached to grinding. It's just too much of a chore and there's no way to get more items.
Got all excited when the postman knocked on my door this morning.
But it wasn't Persona 4.
Soul. Crushed.
Yep, I've been one daying every dungeon on Normal.
I still feel like I'm wasting all of my time outside of dungeons, though.
Like, I've had to spend time with Nanako like 5 times just to get her to rank 3, even with a Justice persona, what the hell?
My highest S. Links are rank 5 with Chie and Yukiko, I have a couple at 4, a lot of them at 3... and I'm on June 7th
Also reading books takes way too long
Is there supposed to be a voiced sample that goes with the text message for when characters say stuff like "I found a treasure!" or "there's a shadow!" I ask because the BGM goes down for whenever those pop ups come up but no voices.
Are you equipping a Persona of the same arcana when you do your S Links (As in, have it in your party, doesn't need to be active)? That makes S Links increase faster.

Yeah, would like to know this too, because it's really annoying. How is it in the Japanese version?
Does Izanagi stop learning new skills before 20? He doesn't have a Next Level Skill box.

Thinking of buying this off my USA PSN account (now my main) instead of grabbing an import copy, isn't there a drawback to saves from downloading Vita games? Not being able to copy them elsewhere or something like that?

The downside is that the saves are rolled into the game data, so if you delete the bubble you delete the saves too. However, there is a way round that: pay for PlayStation Plus and use Cloud Saving.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's been feeling this way all year. After feeling like this has been a year of disappointing releases, sequels and remakes (bar MGS HD and Okami) I'm smitten with P4G so far.
A lot of stuff's different, even right down to some of the regular enemies (ex: one was originally weak against Garu and now it's weak against Hama).Btw. did P4G change some boss stats or are all the guides wrong on?Shadow Yukiko
All the guides are telling me that she doesn't have a weakness to ice and that her summoned "Prince Charming" is weak to ice. However when I fought against her it was the other way around.
My Newegg shipment is still not here.
How long do I wait until I report missing waifus?
Yep, I've been one daying every dungeon on Normal. I don't see how this wouldn't be possible when those vending machine drinks restore 55 SP a pop
You can just put in your tracking number on the actual UPS site for an exact delivery estimate. Mine shipped out from newegg on Tuesday as well but it's not getting here until Tuesday next week.Next Monday night.
Because Newegg is usually UPS.
They shipped the games Tuesday.
3-day shipping would have it arrive on Thanksgiving.
UPS doesn't deliver on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and weekends.
24. I feel like grinding to maybe 28 or 30 might've made me fare better. I had to use a lot of consumables, fuse Personas with buffs/debuffs, keep one Persona equipped that resisted lightning, tried to get a Persona that resisted physical attacks, etc. You can finish off Nice Guy pretty fast. It's just the Shadow and Tough Guy that you have to really worry about.
Fucking Yosuke kept letting him have an extra turn every now and then. I don't remember Fanatical Spark being that ridiculous in the PS2 version, but then again, it's been years... And the girls kept getting enraged, and the guys kept getting poisoned so I had to waste some sodas on them. Honestly, the hardest part of that fight is all the party spells uses. And the status effects.
But what's really helping me stay afloat is fusing a bunch of Personas with resistances. It's something I took for granted in lower difficulties. I used buffs and debuffs regularly but the innate resistances were things that I didn't put a lot of emphasis on.
Ah... I hope the next one isn't as tiring. (LOL, I remember the next one being looooong.)
Even discounts ain't worth it, man. I'm not getting lots of money, I feel like I'm living paycheque-to-paycheque, and Fox is like the man from the credit card company calling me, asking me when I'm gonna pay my bill when I'm telling him that I don't get paid until next week.
Igor's like the guy who wants to take my thumbs whenever I want to ask him to give me my next Persona fix.
Yeah, I leave everybody except MC on "Act Freely."
Only being in direct control of "myself" gives the characters more personality and, I think, fits the theme of the game more.
Galactic Punt -> All Out Attack -> Twin Dragons!!!
This is what I love about Persona 4. Battles feels like such a team effort. Everyones helping each other out.
That last battle I had was player advantage and I got some SOS help. I love this game.
It's easily my favourite JRPG combat. Feels so slick and modern, and I really like the little touches like the party cheering each other on when they do well.
Feels weird but persona 3/4 combat feels like the way I wanted pokemon combat to evolve and improve once I got old enough that those games became insanely easy.
Also I guess fox requests changed? I buttoned through the first ema since I'm a dumbass and now have ZERO idea what to do.
Whoops!
They did? I thought they were the same.
Also, it'll never happen (Slick and modern is not Nintendo), but a Pokemon game with the same kind of presentation and polish to its combat as Persona would be boss.
Either they changed them or the first one is not the same as the first one I rememberMeat gum/weird snack soul is what I REMEMBER the first one being, the first one now is a "I wish for love" "A girl wishes to have things go well with the boy she likes"
Nope, that's the same. I dunno if the order is switched, but that was definitely in the original.

Were all the cards revealed during Shuffle Time in the PS2 version? Seems kinda weird that you just pick what you want - in P3P I kind of enjoyed the challenge of getting what I wanted!
Let's go to school and learn about the world!
Let's go to school and see all our frieeeends!
Let's go to school and get that question right
Otherwise Yosuke looks like a dumbaaaaaass!
Let's go to school and have lunch on the roof!
