or do you mean purchasing gifts for them?, which means the only difference between friendship and romance would be the speed of ranking up the character faster in romance through gifts
from my understanding, you can only choose a romance option for 1 confident ?
What's the quickest way to get more Guts after finishing the second dungeon but not being at that dungeon's deadline yet.
I know of the library, and they said the diner does too, but I went there, ordered the meat and didn't get anything in Guts...Wtf.

Short of one fucking day and got send back for like a week. All progress gone.. that is a Bummer and its still the first Castle in nearly 15 hours time.. really struggling with this game.
It thought i had enough time since the game gave me the Calling Card for the first boss.. but one day later it was just fuck you, bye bye..
Guess this is my own fault by being to overwhelmed by the game and want to do to much in a small amount of time.
On one side it really bugs me out but on the other side it reminds me of playing Demon's for the first time(s) and dump progress by starting all over again just learning the mechanics and rules of the game.
Ow well.. maybe time for a small break. I know what to do now and will deff keep playing

Do the dungeons as soon as you can, because you will finish well before the deadline and have all those days to do confidants, Mementos, or whatever.

Been listening to the vocal tracks way way before the game released.
I was so damn hype when Life Will Change first played. Spent a whole hour in the palace with the song playing as I was finishing up the treasure chests. Honestly, all tracks are amazing

Then I realized that the soundtrack resonates once you played the game. I just forgot that happened happened with P3 and P4 for me as well way back.

Finished the game. Blind playthrough; Normal difficulty; final timestamp 96:55. Managed to max all Confidants except for Hanged Man, Tower, Empress and Sun.
Feel a bit empty, as these games usually leave you feeling once you finish them. I'd say this was certainly the best Persona game in the series.

Always do dungeons first mate.
They gift you things if you're in a relationship, like special accessories and whatnot, at least in past games. You can also gift them things to boost points tho (female confidants only?), and without dating them.
Failing the burger challenge at Big Bang Burger was my main source of guts, I think it gives three. And succeeding gives you one point in every stat.
As I understand it the result of the fusion will be either the next stronger or weaker persona in that same arcana depending on the level difference, so technically they are always helpful. Sacrificing them also nets you a 3x exp bonus and since they all have useful basic skills your personas can inherit randomly via sacrifice, that's a good choice as well.

Oh man, just finished Futaba's dungeon and all I have to say are the feels!
Is it normal to not be able to beat dungeons in one day? Only at the first one, but I don't see myself getting to the end at all today.
It's incredibly annoying, and I thought I had enough with Teddie. Ugh.

I know I'm my own worst enemy, but reloading because crafting didn't give me +3 Proficiency will never not be the sort of thing that annoys me about Persona so, so much.

I usually take 2 days not counting the time it takes to send out the calling cards, but once you get SP accessories yeah 1 day seems feasible.
It is pretty difficult. It's recommended that you sell the Soma you get in the free DLC for 50k so you can buy a bunch of healing items and the best equipment immediately.

Yeah, but it seems that later bosses are more resistant to it.
If beating a dungeon includes from start to the end of boss battle, I don't think it's possible.
So far the pattern is this:
1st phase: get into a palace for the first time then get kicked out
2nd phase: explore the palace and forced to get out to send the calling card
3rd phase: boss fight
If what you mean is the 2nd phase, yes you can definitely do it in one day.

You never have to pay a fee for the video rental. They will always waive it.
I just unlocked it as well.
Immediately fused my persona up to Siegfried and then Zaou. Now most of my fights start and end with Vorpal Strike, and the SP accessory lets me use a free diarama to heal back the HP cost.

Can anyone let us know if your able to use the velvet room post final boss. Saved just before the encounter and considering whether it's appropriate to use the money I've saved to fill as much of the compendium as I can.

Third dungeon in general is feeling much better to me than the second one. The theme, the puzzles, everything is much cooler to me. I loved the little detail
of having dog shadows there and everything. It's full of shorcuts and the level design allows you to skip some enemies by hiding. I'm liking the camera puzzles
If the damn cat keeps sending my to bed at 7pm for no reason, I know what to do as revenge lol.
Wonder if I'll have to endure salty comments from Morgana if I start a relationship with Ann. Anybody knows if it happens?

Persona games are really bad at acknowledging relationships. Its basically an occasional short scene at various events and outside of those there's no real option to even say anything about it. Its always been a bummer.
