Yeah make sure you do because Virtues Last Reward is fantastic (though it's not nearly as good if you haven't played 999). 999 is a DS game, but it's also coming out on iOS and if you absolutely cannot get 999 on the DS then you should experience the iOS version.

PC gaming is awesome. I also echo the sentiment that Atlus should release their games on Vita alongside 3DS. I know that as soon as I start Soul Hackers, the number one overriding thought I will be having is "I wish I was playing this on Vita."

SMT IV > SH. SH ain't the hot shit everyone said it was.

I rarely have this "I wish I was playing on Vita" thing with 3DS games. It's even sillier with Soul Hackers, because it's a Saturn port that won't run or look better on either platform. Plus the map is rather helpful on the bottom screen all the time.

SMT IV could've gone fine on either platform.

I'm very tempted to get a VitaTV. I am telling myself I don't need it, but it's hard to resist it. I'm going to end up buying it at some point. Most likely alongside the PS4.
I'm actually holding off on playing through Golden again until I get it.

Do you want to hear more about my issues downloading a 700 MB game on Steam, or syncing a goddamn 100kb save through Steam could?

No platform is without fault, but the stupid thing about trying to criticize another is it quickly turns into "I haven;t had any issues you must be doing it wrong here's a issue I had with a platform you use"

Which is why I now just resort to "poopy" thanks to buddha.

Knowing Atlus, Flynn will probably die (from something silly like a cave in) or suffer a fate worse than death (lol), by the next game.

No, you've seen my issues over twitter, theres no point getting into them anywhere else becasue no one wants to listen becasue "lol, mater race, newb, id-10T error, lulz"

And I don;t say "Shit", I say "poopy". There's a difference.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch is the best cereal.

I find it so bizarre that people have such shitty download speeds on PSN.
They're definitely not the best, took me between one and two hours to download Catherine. So I was probably getting around 2-2.5 mbps speed on PSN. Which is roughly what I get on Steam.
Oddly enough, I download at around 7mbps on Origin.

Actually PSN is never that bad for me, but it's still pretty slow. I can download The Witcher 2 on Steam in under an hour and that's like a 20GB+ game. Whereas Killzone Mercenary failed on me 3 times for some reason when getting the digital version. Took like 6 hours before I was actually able to play it.

Yeah and I tired helping a couple times, but it's usually you just say how much you dislike it(which is fine). Like that "PC gaming still sucks" tweet this morning over the Steam Machines announcement. PEBKAC reply tweet was a joke, I wouldn't use that acronym otherwise. haha

PSN is super slow, no doubt about it. Vita has this weird thing where if I get stuck on "preparing to download" and if I cancel it get's trapped in the store with no way to quit, so I have to restrat.
It's 50% the reason I buy phyiscal whenever possible. The other 50% is because the Vita cases are super slick and tiny and I love them.

Most of my issues aren;t so much technical(I'm an IT professional like you, I can usually fix them myself), it's more "Why isn't this just working? why do I have to spend 6 hours trying to find driver updates, patches, modifying a boot.ini file in a command prompt, etc instead of just hitting "play"?"

And I know we're only fucking around, never mistake me for being serious. Most of the time. Note that I said "PC gaming is still poopy" not "still sucks" ;)

PSN isn't slow for me. Are you guys downloading wirelessly or something? Nowhere near as fast as my Steam downloads (3.0 Mbps), but it can download a 1GB game in less than 3 minutes or so.

The vita is a strange beast in that it's such a fantastic piece of hardware but it doesn't have nearly enough games to justify a purchase. Thought I think the "no games" thing is still overblown.

That's just the nature of having a completely open platform. Consoles don't have that issue cause their sole purpose is to be a unified piece of hardware/software that plays games. Whereas there's millions of variations and configurations on a PC. It's openess is both an advantage and a disadvantage.

I never really have issues with games anymore, hell I even just installed. booted up, and streamed Diablo 2 last weekend and had no issues. But hey, tech issues happen to everyone. Hell itunes the other day fucked up 4 times downloading a single song I bought, that was very irritating.

Official title is "Information System Specialist".
I'm an on and off computer science student, but that's not really working out. Don;t think it's for me. Last few years during the summers and falls I would word IT for a construction company. That wasn't too bad, most of the crew using the systems were the engineers and CAD people who know there way around a system.

Currently I'm unemployed and open jobs in the field are completely dead around here. I've been searching since around May and haven't had any luck. Soon going to have to take something retail to keep afloat while I continue the career hunt. ;_;
