Not sure how to feel about it. I love her voice and I'm very curious to see how she will handle it. It's definitely different from what she did in P4G.
I love DanganRonpa. Is anyone getting the limited on the Nisa Store? I'm tempted, but the shipment is too expensive for Europe.
I'm thinking of getting it. It's not too expensive although I don't know how much standard shipping is.
Also just got to January in P4G, snowy Inaba is too legit.
One thing that's a bit disappointing about this version is that it's ridiculously easy on normal. All of the new Rise additions make battling a breeze and the plentiful Golden Hands name grinding a joke. The battle against
Adachi/Ameno
took me about 20 minutes including all the dialogue. Am at level 91 with no serious grinding, just running through the dungeons once more to beat the optional bosses.

I'm not getting their LE partly because I don't like to make investments like that for franchises I'm just getting into and partly because I buy things like this through Amazon as much as I can.
But I'm getting the vanilla game day one. I've only heard good things about it and I love the art style, which is why I already know Jun.
I'm excited to hear Erin in it. She's a talented actress and she really loves her work. She's awesome.

If you have a PSP you can play it right now using the English translation, it's really well done. I hope the LE will come to Amazon UK or even Italy too, if not in store.
Once Chair-sama dreamt he was a waifu, a waifu flitting and fluttering around, happy with herself and doing as she pleased. She didn't know she was Chair-sama. Suddenly he woke up and there he was, solid and unmistakably Chair-sama. But he didn't know if he was Chair-sama who had dreamt he was a waifu, or a waifu dreaming she was Chair-sama. Between Chair-sama and a waifu there must be some distinction! This is called the Transformation of Things. The game ends with Chair-sama last being seen arrested for possession of CP (chair pornography) muttering something about wanting to be in college, instead of being held back in high school for another five years.

Ok, under my main monitor now, I have Elizabeth sitting in her chair, compendium in her lap as she's looking off to her left puzzled at the Yukiko nendoroid that's just there laughing.
So I watched the P3 movie last night. Got a postcard with Makoto, Yukari, Junpei and Fuuka drawn by Keisuke Watabe and stickers of Fuuka, Shinjiro and Buster Drive (a boss in Tartarus, it also makes an appearance in the movie).
Makoto came across as a bit of an emo dick in the movie to me, and the fights were rather unsatisfying, as they were mostly one-strike-we-win affairs. Pretty much the best thing about the movie was listening to the nostalgia-inducing music on a big screen (and now I feel like finding P3P just for the tunes, there were some BGMs I had never heard before that sounded really good), particularly

Makoto can came across as a dick is not surprising, its probably the most apt choice..
I hope that also mean he gonna punch Junpei nose at least once, because I couldn't do it in the game.

If you have completed Persona 2:IS but haven't beaten P2:EP, I strongly recommend that you take a look at this interactive Let's Play. It's a look into Persona 2:EP's fantastic story, but without the crappy gameplay. It documents all of the games text, and has a ton of pictures to accompany it. All in all, it's a solid Let's Play, and a great substitute for the actual game.
Started listening last night (stopped watching Akira to do it, in my defense the dub while well recorded doesn't suit the movie. Characters tend to be a lot more expressive in animation sometimes than the dub gives them) and after stopping for the night and picking up again today I'm a little halfway through. Great stuff so far. The titlecard and intro though, my friggin sides lol

Awesome! I finished Innocent Sin just yesterday and now I feel obliged to play Eternal Punishment as well (even though the gameplay is absolutely atrocious).
I'm still thinking about buying the PSP version of Eternal Punishment for the Tatsuya scenario though.
I'm going to find megaton spoilers for P5 and post them in a topic title on gaming side. I will be banned quickly and swiftly but I'd like to think the blaze of glory would be quite bright.
Don't kid yourself, if you aren't a diehard Persona fan, you aren't going to play through this (especially after just beating IS). This is the best alternative to getting people acquainted with arguably one of the best stories in Persona.
Hoping that everyone plays Eternal Punishment eventually, is wishful thinking at best. I love Persona 2:EP, and I want tons and tons of people to experience the story.

If only we had gotten the PSP version of Eternal Punishment, all these debates would be moot with the best version. That said, I hardly think EP is unplayable unless Persona 3/4 was your first RPG.
FF7 and FF8 are much more playable than P2EP due to their stronger core gameplay mechanics and superior random encounter system. But that's not in dispute; don't try to drag other games here to prove your point.
If what your claiming is true, then it shouldn't be a problem for most of P2IS players to jump straight into EP. But if i'm right, and there are people who don't want to play P2EP due to it's time consuming antiquated gameplay, then I can actually help those people experience the P2EP story.

Yeah, I do. EP always gets knocked as an outdated game, but stuff like FF7 and Xenogears get put on a pedestal. It's silly. Their random encounter systems are no different.

Not gonna lie, I jumped into EP right after IS and ended up really sick of it around Mt. Iwato. I've been trying to make myself go back, but I can't quite work up the will. Watching a LP would be admitting defeat, but I guess it's better than never finishing the story. >.>
I actually worked on a translation of the Tatsuya Scenario some months ago using screenshots I got from a nice person on Tumblr. I gave up since the kanji in the PSP version are sometimes unreadable due to the font they chose which is no problem for natives, but gets extremely irritating when you're just learning the language.
